The dress came in the mail pretty quick! I ordered custom size and it fits great!
1. The padding doesn't come out. 2. I have two big stains on the shoulder part of the dress. 3. I have two layers under the dress and one of them is longer than the dress itself. The dress is very heavy I must add with all those extra layers of material. 4. I reached out to customer service about the issues and all they told me is to take it to a tailor and they can offer me 12% on my next order.The only plus I will say is it's true to size.

Started out good, ordering seemed pretty straight forward. Checking progress wasn't bad. Once it was done shipping was prompt. Then when the dress didn't fit right its been a challenge. Return policy states a picture needs to be sent, but no place to upload it. And taking forever the answer emails. We are still in the process a week later.
