I love my dress! I kept my expectations low with the dress bc I wasn't sure how close to the stock photo it would be but it looks great. If you're picky with dresses then maybe this isn't for you, it was a little bit tight on the very tops of my arms, but I would definitely look at the sizing chart bc the dresses run small (normally I'm a size 8 and I had to order a size 12) it fits great I only need to get it hemmed tailoring wise. Also order it early bc mine took about a month to get.

I attempted to purchase five dresses for a series of events, spending close to $1,000. The day after placing my order, the company contacted me to question if I truly wanted what I ordered, stating that they will not take anything back, unless defective. I found this disturbing, so I asked to simply cancel my order, but they refused. They are now forcing me to choose one dress or they will not return my funds, and they are unwilling to return the full amount of excess funds, regardless. This has been one of the worst experiences shopping online I have ever had and is so disappointing, given how special buying a wedding dress can be. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank and pursue litigation. Please save yourself the headache and money and buy somewhere else.
I ordered a wedding dress from this site. It was a case of. I ordered this, and got this. Horrible. Nothing like the picture. It has these weird breast plates in that are not discreet and the material is average. Nothing special for a wedding dress.
I emailed the company the same day as it arrived to return this item. Received an email several days later, stating they have a strict returns policy and would need to contact customer service and provide pictures. I thought I has contacted via customer service and emailed again for the correct address as I couldn't find a different address on their site. From the same email address, a different person emailed back, stating to use this address. Next email, ask for pictures and my measurements. Suggesting that I had ordered the wrong size. I replied saying that even though measurements can be the same, every persons body shape is different and shouldn't be asking such personal questions. I then have radio silence. Nothing. There isn't a contact number on their website. If you google their address, it's for a different company completely.
Please do not waste your money. Find your items from a different place and save your self all this hassle.

I ordered a dress six weeks before I needed it, it took 4 weeks to get to me, the dress is tailored very poorly with parts that clearly looks like someone took a dull scissors to it without hemming after, it would not get past my hips or over my shoulders, reached out to let them know that the dress has no visible indication of size on it so I cannot verify what size they made it in, also it clearly did not fit, they literally sent me a photo of a dress on a mannequin and told me that it fits US mannequins in the size I ordered so I must have ordered the wrong size, they have offered a 10% refund with extra material to adjust it. That is the most blatant disrespect I have ever experience online. From other reviews it seem like if they get your order right then you are in luck and has gotten a decent dress for a good price, if they mess up then you just lost your money. The site says full refunds and returns but that is not the case. No sure why they are still allowed to operate, dept of consumer protection should look into these guys. I just lost $170.00 and no repercussions. This is unfair and has to be unlawful in some way.
