I've had an absolutely horrid experience with this company. I ordered a customized dress as I am 5'10 and cannot walk into any store and get a floor length dress that will actually hit the floor. I requested a shortened train to 10cm as I was going to a ball and did not want people stepping on my dress.
What I received a few days ago is a dress that had a huge gap at the small of the back where people could literally look down and see my butt. Also, the train… it was 15 INCHES, not 10 cm as ordered. Also, the let slit hit only 2-3 inches above my knee and not mid thigh as shown.
This company REFUSES to adhere to their own policy of a full refund for defective dresses. This dress cannot be used for its intended purposes without severe alterations which have cost me an additional $145 to fix what the company should have had correct the first time. I have requested at minimum for the alteration fees to be covered and they are only offering me 40% of the dress cost $58.40, which doesn't even cover the $145 fees I've had to incur. This company even sent me a picture of my dress measured at the waist and it was my HIP MEASUREMENTS…not my actual waist measurements of 28". I couldn't return it for an 80%(!) refund because I needed the dress for the ball this weekend and could not have had another dress made in time.
I'm out $321 when the dress was $176. I didn't want to spend over $200 for a dress. This has been absolutely horrible, do not buy from this company, they do not stand behind their company or product.
