I've had an absolutely horrid experience with this company. I ordered a customized dress as I am 5'10 and cannot walk into any store and get a floor length dress that will actually hit the floor. I requested a shortened train to 10cm as I was going to a ball and did not want people stepping on my dress.

What I received a few days ago is a dress that had a huge gap at the small of the back where people could literally look down and see my butt. Also, the train… it was 15 INCHES, not 10 cm as ordered. Also, the let slit hit only 2-3 inches above my knee and not mid thigh as shown.

This company REFUSES to adhere to their own policy of a full refund for defective dresses. This dress cannot be used for its intended purposes without severe alterations which have cost me an additional $145 to fix what the company should have had correct the first time. I have requested at minimum for the alteration fees to be covered and they are only offering me 40% of the dress cost $58.40, which doesn't even cover the $145 fees I've had to incur. This company even sent me a picture of my dress measured at the waist and it was my HIP MEASUREMENTS…not my actual waist measurements of 28". I couldn't return it for an 80%(!) refund because I needed the dress for the ball this weekend and could not have had another dress made in time.

I'm out $321 when the dress was $176. I didn't want to spend over $200 for a dress. This has been absolutely horrible, do not buy from this company, they do not stand behind their company or product.

I ordered this dress per measurements on the size chart, but it is too big. And this company has refused to allow a return. Customer service is terrible.

The color definitely did not match and the size is not accurate.

Ordering from overseas made me nervous and it did take 4 weeks to receive but the quality is great and when I emailed about my order I got an immediate response. The dress is beautiful and fits well. Very happy

Hebeos was a nice place to shop from but there was no exchange or return paperwork in the package.

The dresses turned out beautiful. Very well made and good quality! I did order ivory sashes and the sashes came the same color as the dress. The other part I found confusing was the sizing for young girls. I reached out for help and was told where to find the sizing on the website. My girls' measurements did not fit any of the sizes so I asked for custom made and submitted their measurements. I highly recommend that route.

The customer service was very helpful. Dress came in less time than predicted but no shipping information was ever received. My dress came PERFECT! I will be using it again for my flower girl dresses.

The product was good, but I bought it without knowing what the whole thing looked like. I bought a chapel length bridal veil, but there was only an image of the top half. I'm satisfied with it, but I wish there had been a full image.

I looked everywhere for a dress to wear to a very important gala I have coming up. I was so excited when I found what I thought would be the perfect dress I took my measurements, double checked the colors and placed my order.
When the dress arrived, the proportions were way off, the top portion of the dress does not fit at all my torso would have to be 2 inches shorter so my whole breast is exposed. The color does not match. It's a deep gold versus a light champagne. And the sequins look like something my elementary student would've put on. They are not sequins at all, they are dull with no shine.
I took pictures of the dress and requested to return the dress for a refund. When customer service responded, they did not address the fact that the dress does not fit or they are not sequins, their response was merely their colors look different and different light and they were only willing to give me an 8% refund.
This is completely unacceptable and very poor customer service! This dress is completely useless for me I would have to shrink, which is impossible for this dress to ever fit, not to mention it's nothing like I expected!
Extremely unsatisfied!

Ease and navigation of the website is solid. The dress arrived earlier than expected, which is very nice. The quality of the material is pretty good. My only concerns are the color is not what I expected, the strong factory smell is a bit of a turnoff, and the dress came wrinkled due to how it was shipped. (In a bag not boxed or folded sealed in an airtight type of bag.)

If I can give a negative star I would. Stay away from this site. Return is horrible. It costs more to return than the dress and of course they won't pay. And the dresses are bad. I got ivory and they sent stark white, whites than my bleached sheet) so now not only it's not what I ordered but I can't even get my money back. Dresses are trash! Do not order here!

The dress is itchy and fits weird. They don't accept returns easily. The dresses are final sale but they never say it. They accepted the return with a "15% off the price for a restocking fee". This fee was never mentioned on the website. They're not transparent with their customers. They even asked me if I can resell it.
Terrible customer service

This website has great dresses and prices, however, their terms of service and way of doing special orders is HORRIBLE! The website does not let you choose your choice of color per trim and fabric and an email is suppose ti follow the purchase. Not sure what measurement system they follow but the dress was wrong in so many ways, they did not want to refund my money and they want me to pay shipping which is more than what the dress cost! I mean... what?. Seriously... don't waste your cash here. Not worth it. Also, the fabric is not as it looks online. Its pretty forever 21 cheap.

Overall the ordering and receiving of the dress went well.
Disappointed with the smell and marks on one of the sleeves.
The dress way also way too long - none of those measurements could be changed.

I needed to return this dress that is unopened. Send me your mailing address, and I will send the dress back and you can give me a refund.

If i could rate lower than a 1 i would. Before you buy review and read there return Policy, YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING! So if you dont like the dress, your out the money! They're is no contact number to call so if you have questions, good luck on trying to get them to email back to you I ordered my dresses Jan. 12,2023 its Feb 2nd and have not received them yet. I asked to cancel my Order because i read the reviews and was scared. Do not go cheaper i haveUnt seen the dresses because they havent come in we will see if i ever see them!
