I ordered my elopement dress from this site. I purchased the dress is white. When it arrived, I was surprised to find it was actually purple! The dress isn't even offered in purple. I immediately sent pictures of the dress, along with the blood stains on it…and they offered me an 8% discount but refused to allow me to return it even though I was well in the return window. They informed me that my iPhone screen made the color on the website appear differently but regardless, I ordered a white dress and did not receive a white dress. They informed me that they can't resell my dress so I can't return it. Yet they're dismissing the fact that it's not only the wrong color, it's got stains on it. They have been extremely unhelpful, unaccountable and I would NEVER purchase from here again. If you're looking for a reasonably priced elopement/wedding dress, DO NOT SHOP HERE

I was completely scammed by this website. I ordered 3 wedding dresses and not one matched the website in structure, material or quality. They gave me a huge run around to return them and in the end denied my return. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!
Terrible I will never purchase anything from this company again
I ordered a veil from hebeos in january. It didnt even get sent until february 24. Its been sitting in compton ca for 6 days, they said they would rush it to me. Now they just contacted me to tell me my order cant be found...my wedding is in 4 days. I am beyond furious! And I asked them to refund my money and the will only give me back 80% when its their fault. FRAUD!
