I ordered 3 dresses from this company with the intent on wearing them fir an upcoming vacation in May. The dresses arrived on time but was not at all was appeared in the photo. In addition, the fit was very off as this apparently is manufactured in China.When trying to return the items, I was advised the cost is too expensive and it would be better to get tailored locally or donate. Not sure who pays $500 on items to donate but I surely did not. Please be aware that what you see nicely in the photo is not what you will get.

I purchased a dress that is cut way small after going up two dress sizes and dress still did not fit. Reached out in three (3) different occasions requesting to return the dress for a larger size and still no guidance or return information has been provided. Horrible experience. Now asking for my money back and still no response. Material of dress is very cheap for all of the money I paid.

The dress came to me way to big and had to be taken in 2 inches on each side of the chest area. I had sent my exact measurements taken by a seamstress to them for a custom fit. That is not what I received.

I am getting married in October and am looking for a simple but beautiful gown. I am on a tight budget. Loved the dress I saw online but also liked I could return it. When I got the dress I was disappointed bc It didnt quite look like the dress in the pic and honestly just didnt fit. Was too tight to zip but the top was huge. In order to return you have to send pics. What happened to just not liking it. No one has gotten back to me about how to return just that they can give me 20% back. I do not want to wear this dress for my wedding and now I dont have enough funds to buy another one.
I ordered an ivory dress but was sent a white/white dress. Customer service stated the camera and monitor resolution can affect colors but the dress is white. Even after sending pictures of the dress up against a white wall and ivory wall.m, there is mistaking the dress is WHITE.
