My rating is the one! This website is very deceiving. You are bullied into keeping a merchandise. One I ordered a dress because I liked it on the website … mind you this dress was not custom made to my fitting. I requested a refund. I got a response from Anna saying that I had to keep the merchandise. I tried to order a few dresses to try for my wedding and was told that I cannot buy 4 dresses. When I got the 1 dress I requested it did not fit at all and was not anything like the image or description. The fabric looked like a table cloth. I asked to return and was told I cannot. If I did send back it would be only a 20% refund. Who buys anything online without a return policy in place. This company is horrible and I would never buy from here agin. I will also tell my soon to be married friends to not even consider your company. I am now stuck with a dress that would not fit or suit any bride.
Please I'm begging you not to buy from these people! The dresss I ordered for $139 plus $38 shipping DID NOT come as described! It was made completely different because everything is made to order and they REFUSED to give me my money back! I'm at complete loss!They offered me $13 to take the dress back! Don't shop in this website, no matter how pinched your budget is or how nice the dress is. You can find the same dresses on other sites. Even if their information is off they will tell you that you can't return it. They offered me a return option, then rescinded it with a policy that is not available on their site. It took three messages for them to respond to my request for a refund. Then they repeatedly asked for more information to stall time. Their are other places with excellent customer service.
Can NOT return these dresses. Do not order from Hebeos or Dorris Wedding. Again- NO RETURNS. Order from Lulus or another US based company. They have beautiful dresses and it was very easy to return/exchange. I'm wearing that dress for my wedding.

I did not read all of the fine print on your return policy. I ordered four dresses in hope that one would fit since we have such a short time frame until our wedding, which is tomorrow. My plan was to use one dress and return the others. But in the fine print on your website, it says that you do not recommend that. I would like to be able to return the dresses like we do on Amazon and other sites.

Both standard size dresses were to small. We have been trying to process an exchange of the dresses for days. Your one a day response is not efficient for your customers, especially for deadline events. We have finally paid/reordered the dress sizes we need, and you have the order on hold. Why? We need the order ASAP! The event is next month (August). Also, we lost money, that we do not have to spare, not just the shipping cost, as explained to our coordinator. Please! At this point! WE need our order expedited out to receive one time for the event. Thank you!
Do not order from Hebeos. Even though the company promises "worry-free returns for standard sizes within 14 days," this is not the case. I ordered a $115 bridesmaid dress for my daughter and paid $29 for shipping. When the dress arrived and did not fit, we learned that we would need to pay for return shipping to China and a 15% restocking fee. This was after a lengthy email thread (more than 20 emails) in which I was initially offered a refund of 15% of the $115 I paid for the dress. I said that was unacceptable. Then I was offered a "35% discount on the item's price as compensation. In this case, you are welcome to keep the item for another event, consider reselling it, or even donate it." There were several problems with this offer, including the fact that the dress is too small, so it couldn't be worn for another event, plus it's challenging and time-consuming to sell a gown, and who has an extra $144 to donate in the weeks leading up to a family wedding? I was also told that if I returned the dress to the address in China, it might not arrive at the correct place. If it did not arrive, I would not be refunded any amount. I asked for an address in the United States and was told that the U.S. warehouse is "temporarily out of use," even though the gown's packaging has a New Jersey return address. This extended correspondence was taking place during a very busy time – in the weeks leading up to my son's wedding. I am sharing my frustrations with this company so others don't have similar experiences. Returns with Hebeos are costly, certainly not "worry-free." Save yourself some frustration and loss of funds. Don't do business with Hebeos.

My experience was ok, I thought that customer service got back to me pretty quick. I just am not happy with the fact that I asked for more lace on my dress and they didn't add any. But otherwise I am glad I chose Hebeos to get my dress.
