This was a very easy experience. From finding the dress I like to figure out how the fitting works, was easy. I liked the fact that you had custom fitting for only $12.

Easy to work the website. Order came fast! Sent in my measurements and fits my body so perfectly.

All they want to do is offer a 10% discount off next order when they cut the dresses too short and arm holes don't even fit a kid on the adult dresses!

This company has some of the worst customer service and product I have ever come in contact with.

I have alot to say on them

1. Customer service sucks

2. Ordered the first time in no way the same thing as in the photos (finish color of the dress) a disaster! Except for one color!

So he wanted to be nice, they gave me a credit
I recommended 4 other dresses like her that I liked
Not the same thing
Not the same color or the same fabric

3. No way to talk to anyone on the phone

Short! I'm going on but this site is a real scam and big $#*!
NEVER order from this site

Was skeptical at first but ended up loving the dress

Everything was perfect. Came in on time. I can't wait to get it hem.

They say "hassle free returns" but they're lying. I went back and forth with them for over a week and they tried everything to not refund me. Return shipping was $60 and they wanted a 15% restocking fee. They questioned my measurements to make sure I ordered the right size based on their measurements and I did and then they still refused to accept a return. This is the worst company.

Secondly - the dress wasn't as pictured. The top looked like a tight bandage material and it wa structured satin.

I received the dress inside out and brown hair throughout it… I have blond hair.
Tried returning it and they've argued with me the whole time. After 2 weeks of going back and forth and citing their return policy to them, they've agreed to give me somewhat of a refund. I have to pay $40 to send it back to China. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Do not buy from them! I ordered a dress from them and it was delivered on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and I've been going back and forth with Tina from customer service in email as she refuses to issue me a refund as the dress doesn't fit! She refuses to let me know the return address to send back the item to get my refund. I've gone through my bank to list the charge as fraudulent and to report them! If the dress doesn't fit, why is it so freaking hard to get the return info to have it sent back and issue a refund? She's sent me 3 emails with BS! It's on the website that they do refunds but nowww it's an issue! O no, $#*! is not going down so.

The dress looked so beautiful online and the ads advertised easy returns, so I figured, why not.
The dress has so much potential but unfortunately seemed cheaply made and just didn't look great on me (in my opinion). I asked for a return slip and although the response was very quick, the end result was they don't want you to return the products so they charge more fees making it not worth the effort or money to send it back.

My dress was poorly made from cheap fabric, it smelled fishy and didn't fit properly. There was a side slit that went well above the hip that would definitely expose you. The color was supposed to be rose/blush pink and it was way off. Threads coming out of the seams. $180 for absolutely unwearable garbage. They do NOT honor their 14 day return policy and will try to negotiate with you to keep your money. When you do get them to agree to return it YOU have to pay return shipping which is $300! So you'll end up losing the price of the dress and pay more out of pocket. They know this and It's not worth the risk. Absolutely a SCAM! Do not buy from Hebeos. Zero stars!

Beautiful dress, great quality especially for the price and fast shipping.

Ordered a custom size but the bodice is way too loose, the dress itself is way too long, the craftsmanship of the tulle layers is subpar, and it is completely MISSING the leg slit that is in every photo of the dress.
