I was skeptical, but was blown away. The dress is stunning! I'm 5'2 so definitely needs hemmed quite a bit but absolutely worth the purchase.

It's unfortunate I had to reorder and pay for shipping again because I could not exchange it.

I had a good experience I know there's been a lot of speculations but my dress was on time actually it was early and my dress was the right color the right size that I ordered but I will have to alter the back of the dress a little to fit me I messed up on my size but other than that my dress was wonderful I would definitely order from here again

Unbelievably bad, as I ordered the dress and accessories for wedding which was scheduled on July 18,2023. Order was going to be delivered by July 4-11, but as of today no confirmation of shipment and no exact delivery date, uncertainty.

I ordered the color Ivory but it is bright white. Now they won't honor their posted return policy...

I am highly disappointed in this dress! It does not look like the picture and is very unflattering as well as cheap looking! It's very unfortunate that I am unable to get an appropriate refund but lesson learned and I will never order from this site again. Our entire bridal party ordered and going through this!

You show returns are possible, however you do not give refunds. I was not happy with the dress with how it looked on me. So I decided against it and want to return it. The dress cost $137 and I was given $17.81 for a return. Not fair!

Do not buy from this site, dress was completely different from the picture. Returns policy is a waste of time as they have said they have paid back to my PayPal account, I do not have a PayPal account! Refusing to give me my money back even though I have paid £25 to return the dress. They now have the dress AND my money!

My dress came damage and the material was very bad, customer service was very nasty and I return the dress and they took for ever to answer me back, I have to disputed my self with my credit card, but they didn't send me my shipping fee both ways knowing it was their error not my.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This was my second dressed order of the same color. I made sure to go by the measurements and even had my trainer measure me and I still had an issue with the size. With that being said be very very mindful of what size you are ordering!

On the picture the sleeves white, but on the dress itself actually a nude color which takes away from the dress

I recently purchased a bridesmaid's dress from here for my cousin's wedding (she found the site). The dress was HORRIFIC! It did not match the picture at all: wrong color and material, but the bride-to-be was happy, so that was not my gripe. Within less than a week of receiving my dress, the wedding was called off. The dress was never worn! I never even tried it on. I requested to return it (because you have to make a formal request on the site prior to return, and the request must be approved). Customer Service (Lulu) told me I would be responsible for shipping back to China which is expensive, they have a restocking fee, they deduct for inspection and cleaning on the product (again, never worn), and I would only receive a fraction of my money back. In Layman's terms: No Full Refund. Considering the price to ship to China and the pennies being offered, I would be out even more money! RIDICULOUS! Needless to say, I am stuck with a crappy dress and they don't seem to care. Proceed with caution. If you can chance pissing your money away, then go for it.

Bust three size smaller than what I ordered. The split is too high

It took a long time to get this dress, but once I got it, it was exactly the style I was searching for. And very comfortable!

The custom fit option resulted in a perfect, beautiful dress with no alterations required. Spot on and gorgeous.

I will not shop here again. Not worth spending all the money when work cannot be done to the item.

Material is good, dress doesn't fit right. The body fits, the waist and length is good but the shoulders are so tiny I can't fit into it.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service and easy checkout process.

Their return policy is a joke! If your item doesn't fit they basically make it so difficult to return that you give up! I'll never purchase or recommend them to anyone
