Don't size up due to hip measurements listed on site. They are inaccurate. The return policy is impossible as well.

Shopping experience was great and easy. Just wish I could see all the color options on the dresses. But other than that everything was seamless.

It has been exhausting through email communication only…ugh!

My experience with customer service has been really difficult. Their worry free returns are not worry free so please be mindful if your not in love with the dress you will have a difficult time returning the dress.

I found a beautiful dress in a photo on the website. I checked the measurements chart to be sure I ordered a dress size the was over my measurements in all areas because I knew I planned to have it altered down to be exact. I received a dress that looks nothing like the photo. It has no structure at all. It is falling open and there is no way for the shoulders to stay up or on. Also it is too small. The measurments are totally off. The quality of what is presented on the website and what they deliver is wildly different! It is like they present actual designer dresses and then they try to knock them off when you order. As if this is not bad enough, when I went to return the dress, there was no easy way to do this. I was unable to just go on chat and request a return. Nor could I just go to my order in my account and click on a return button. I had to fill out a form and wait. It took days before I finally received an email requesting what my reason was that I wanted to return the total piece of crap they sent me. I explained what I have here on this review, and many days later I finally got another email asking for my order number, name and email address. Mind you, they were emailing me on the email, that replied to that they sent my order confirmation. They need my email address? They emailed me to ask for my email address!? OMG! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Anyway, as I said I was asked for the info that was right there. Obviously this is a stalling tactic. So I sent them what they asked for and waited several more days for a response. They finally emailed 1 day and half later and offered to let me keep this unwearable, so called garment, to use for a different event or give to someone else if I would accept a 13% discount on the item. I again said I want a full refund and a return label to send it back. And now I have been waiting for a response. I wonder how long this will take?!

This is the dress that warmed my heart. It took me 6 months to decide which dress I wanted and then at the last minute I saw this one and ordered it. This dress was ordered on 6/17/23 and it arrived 7/5/23, this was a very fair process didn't take long at all.

I am curvy and top heavy(for reference I wear a 38DDD). I am usually a US size 16, however, per the measurements on the sizing chart I was recommended to order a size 18W. I made the decision to order a size 16W because I am in the process of losing weight as I have already lost 8lbs.

I tried on the dress and I was skeptical at first because the chest area was odd. The cups that they provided are kind of small and there is a middle bone part that kept bending but I assume that's from the dress being folded during shipping. Once the dress was zipped up it came to life. It's a beautiful dress. It is extremely long. I am 5'1 and am only wearing 2.5"-2.8" heels. The lining of the dress is ridiculously long so I definitely recommend getting some length alterations if you are short and not wearing higher heels.

Because I chose to go down a size than what was recommended, the back was unable to zip up all the way, the cups don't quite fit and the arm straps are a little snug. For me this is okay because I knew what I was getting myself into since I decided to go down a size due to my continuation of losing weight. If you're not wanting to lose weight and would like to purchase a dress in your normal size, please adhere to the sizing chart that's provided or get your exact measurements so that it fits perfectly!

My wedding is this Fall and I am hoping to lose up to 15-20lbs before I take my dress to get altered as I will need it taken in, shorter length and new cups placed.

This dress is extremely beautiful! I'm happy with my purchase and I will be ordering another dress for my reception.

Good and prompt answers. No issues other then the fit

First time ordering from Hebeos, the delivery was timely and the dress exquisite. The dress was a custom fit and the fit is true to size. The color of blue is the same as pictured and the lace is beautiful.

I possibly made mistake entering measurement. Breast tailoring was too small.

Not able to return a dress that I didn't like, told I ordered the wrong size and my only options are to get it altered/ which I don't have time to do and wouldn't do anyway because of the poor quality of the lace, or buy another dress for 70% off. Ridiculous and misleading info on website regarding returns.

Ended up canceling my order because they could not fulfill my order with the dress advertised. The dress was discolored, yellowish tinge, buttons were uneven with gaps between the closures and lace was not uniform. They did try to get me to take the dress at a discounted rate because it was custom sizing but we could not come to an agreement on the % so they provided a full refund. Although the dress was not acceptable, their communication in letting me know about the discoloration prior to any shipment was, as it allowed me to see everything prior to recieving something I would not wear. So the stars are for their communication.

Size was not a good fit. Too small and tight. One dress had weird measurements in the front hip area. Was poofy.
