Beautiful dress. Came a little too long, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Loved the material and everything about it. However, the chest area came undone in the picture from all the dancing. Will buy here again.
Buying online is so hard because there is no guarantee that you will love it, but Hebeos is different from other online retailers. They are honest and trustworthy and you know ur getting just what you ordered.
I ordered a dress for my wedding shower in July. When I got the dress it didnt look anything like the picture, it didnt have a size on it, and it wasnt fitting right. I reached out through email and got sporadic emails back (after following up), basically saying that they would not refund the money. I will never order from here again... seems like a scam.
It seemed as if they were only able to respond to one email each day. So I was constantly behind in getting resolution but when I said I only wanted a refund, they were able after a few days to confirm that and send a refund.
No customer service number. They ignore email. Ordered a prom dress on 3/31. Paid extra to have it arrive by 4/18. They emailed that we would have it not later than 4/21. It's 4/22. They want to know if I want them to ship it and if it arrives too late, THEY will pay the rush shipping charges. How is that an answer? Also - that means they haven't even started shipping it ye. I had to go out and find another dress for my daughter today.
This company is a scam! Do your research - DO NOT buy from them! Came more than a week later than given delivery date. Dress is total crap. We gave exact measurements and the dress is probably 6 sizes too big. Looks nothing like the picture. Cheap fabric, poor/unfinished/loose seams, way too long, very awkward seethrough top with obvious padding inside showing. I posted reviews on their site and they don't show up. Their [good] reviews are clearly paid or internal job. These people should be ashamed of themselves. We contacted them to return the dress the day after receiving. They don't honor their return/refund policy, so we had to take other necessary measures. I've reported their 'sponsored' ads to Facebook and Google already. Next stop Dept of Consumer Affairs. Do the right thing, Hebeos, and stop ripping people off! You'll be shut down before you know it!
They are horrendous. Dress is awful and they wont refund. They ignore emails and finally offer you 10% which is a joke. All the positive reviews are bought in. You will not be happy and you wont get your money back.
I ordered the dress in the color that the picture shows. It looks exactly like the picture, and the measurements were perfect! It did take longer to deliver than they told me from the start, but I couldn't be happier with the dress. Such good quality for this kind of money, would recommend!

We sent the custom measurements and had the dress made to fit. Very classy, well made, slightly heavy and just beautiful. Only con was that it was a little hard to sit in, but when youre dancing most of the night- thats fine!

This dress is absolutely stunning! It fits perfectly in all the right places and is extremely comfortable! It is just lax enough around the midsection to be comfortable moving around, dancing, and eating without feeling like I am being restricted.
I ordered my dress a month ago for an event that I just had this Saturday. The dress did not come in on time. Luckily I was able to borrow a dress. The date said it was supposed to come in April 29th, and it still has not arrived. I got an email saying it wa shipped, but we will see when it actually comes in.
Make sure you watch YouTube videos of real dresses posted by buyers. I suspect every 5star review is written by company employees or some other scam. The Hebron experience was the worst online shopping exp I ever had. Not only the customer service is close to nonexistent ( responding with huge delays with the same type of response not addressing the complain/question). The dress ordered arrived 6 days after the event it was purchased for (despite extra charge for expedited delivery); as a matter of fact, it was shipped after agreed delivery due date after I sent an email to cancel it as no longer needed. The actual dress looks nothing like the one advertised on website. Very cheaply made with off proportions. I was exchanging emails for weeks trying to return it, but they kept offering discount, refund of expedited delivery charge, not the return of the dress however. At the end, they said their dresses are custom made and nonreturnable. Wanted 200 as no one would wear such a knock off as too embarrassing. Do not even contemplate purchasing from there.
I ordered a bridesmaid dress from here I never received confirmation from the company after I place the order. I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get anyone to respone to my emails. After receiving package I tried to refuse and was unable to due to considering it was late and I no longer needed it. They offered to give me $30 dollars back after I paid $110 for the dress. On top of that they girls that did get theres on time it was horrible quality and the picture of the item was miss leading. Dont waste your time. Go to reverly to order they are amazing.
This dress is beautiful. The beads are pretty. Ordered a size 12, fits like a glove. Very complimenting to my skin and body shape.

The dress arrived 3 May-I ordered on 10 April and paid for expedited delivery no later than 28 April. They never notified me they were shipping it or that they wouldnt meet the timeline. It took several emails for me to get a response (no phone number) and my request to cancel was denied even though it hadnt shipped. Dress arrived too late to use and was crumbled in a mailing envelope. Several sequins were loose. There was no paperwork with it nor any tags. Trying to return it is a nightmare.
My dress was made terribly and when i contacted them all they offered was 10% back. After about 20 emails, they started ignoring my requests for a full refund. I accepted it since that was clearly all I could get back, but I'm writing as many bad reviews about them as I can.
The fabrics used are good quality, the fit was perfect and the colour was just beautiful. I had lots of positive comments and I felt great on the night
