I had no trouble with the order and my sister is very happy with her wedding dress. She just loves it. The overall service we received during the process was excellent. Also, the delivery gentleman looked for my sister's place until he found it. We truly appreciate him doing this. We are forever customers.

The color we ordered was bright orange, we received burnt orange. Their policy states they will take the dress back and give you a full refund if returned in 14 days. THATS A LIE. These people ruined my child's prom. I ordered her this dress and she was tickled to get a bright orange dress only to be let down. Now I'm out almost $170 bucks and can't get her a new one because I spent my last dime in this one. I have made other reviews and social media post to not buy from this company.
The dress I got was super good quality and had very very fast shipping, I wish it fit my exact measurements but unfortunately for me my sizing isn't too consistent with your sizes, definitely not your fault tho

Horrible customer service. I order two dresses for my daughter's wedding (hoping to like one of them). I ended up not liking either and within their return policy I emailed wanting to know how I return them. This process to 5 days to get an answer. They told me to keep them and sell them here in the USA, that I'd get more money for them! I returned them, and have yet to see my money back...

I have to say the dress is beautiful but way too big. And we even ordered down a size according to their chart. It clearly states on website that they will return or pay for your tailor to adjust dress and they don't. Each email I received was from a different customer service rep. They even asked for pictures and my daughters waist hips and bust size. So creepy. Thank goodness i ordered with American Express and they have revered the charge. I would have happily sent dress back but they said no.
Please do NOT order from here. Not only does the actual dress look nothing like the picture but the sizing chart was inaccurate and I received it in bright red when I ordered it in burgundy. This is an issue because it was supposed to be a bridesmaid dress. On top of that, they completely ignored my request for a return that I gave 2 days ago. Not only did I lose $200 CAD, but I have to go on a whole new search for bridesmaid dresses. This was super disappointing. 0/10 stars.
The dress came in looking very cheap for the $150 it was... you can get nicer dresses for that price at Dillards...and when I tried to leave a review, they kept deleting it and would not allow a refund. I got Paypal involved and Paypal helped me get some of my money back, but its NOT worth it. Buyer beware!
This company is the worst. We ordered a prom dress and paid extra for expedited shipping just in case we needed alterations. Not only did the item arrive way later than the prom date it didn't fit. Now the company doesn't want to honor their own refund policy. They are focused only on size when the whole problem is the delayed shipping. They said we can alter it- FOR WHAT? Prom is over. Don't order anything from them.
My mom ordered a dress from this site for my little sister's birthday party. As you can see from the pictures, what they sent us does not match the style they have on their site. We spent over $200 on the dress and in order to return it, they wanted to charge us $124 plus restocking fees, meaning we would have only gotten about $20 in refund. If you order from them, prepare not to be refunded because they will not take responsibility for anything.

Dress finally arrived after about 3 weeks. Not even close to fitting. It's been one demand after another to get permission to return it. We even had to send pictures! Still not enough! Horrible experience. Avoid these scammers at all costs! Foreigners don't care about making Americans happy. Lesson learned.
I ordered my daughters prom dress well in advance according to the time frames they have for tailoring and shipping. I made sure to leave enough time for delays on shipping or just in case something were to happen. So far I can barely get them to respond to any of my messages, which is odd because they claim to be there 24/7 for customer support. The website said it could take up to 12 days for tailoring. So far it's been 23 days and nothing. Her prom is this coming weekend. That's the only event she would be wearing this dress to. They offered me my shipping back but what goods a prom dress after prom. They haven't shipped the dress so I'm sorry if u want a dress u may need to skip ordering from these ppl because they are not professional at all. I plan to have a lawyer look into this place because no girl should be left with no dress for her Sr prom.
Poor and delayed customer service. Requested how to return an item that did not fit and cannot use for the event it was purchased for. No where on the site says all sales final and even prompt you to reach out to request for a return. Was told I should tailor it and they closed out my ticket. Big water stain across the rear end of the dress when it came out of a plastic bag it was delivered in.
