I bought this gorgeous dress for a ball I'm going to, but when it came it was very cheaply made and the wrong color. The flowers and lace are stuck on with fabric glue and the beads sewn onto the top are not sewn well. I would much rather receive a dress later than in a condition like this. Now I have VERY little time to find another dress and it will not be from Hebeos.
I would give this more than a 5 stars If I could. We ordered a dress for my daughter for a pageant over a year ago at hebeos. Since then she has also wore it for prom, a military ball, a homecoming court pep rally and most recently for a few of her senior pics and it has held up beautifully through it all. We sent her measurements when ordering and fit like a glove right out of the box, no alterations needed. Great price, great quality and beautiful!

Attempted to discuss with staff members but out of the 9 times I was transferred noone would be of any assistance telling me they would charge me to return to them even with me showing evidence of them sending the incorrect colours (the wedding dress also does not sit on the arms as advertised), then blatantly ignored me after offering a 15% discount if I accepted the dresses as is and use for a different event that wasn't my wedding and me stating this did not fix the issue (quite sure that a wedding dress only has one type of use...).
So now 3 weeks out from the wedding, we have no dresses!
Good material but does not fit well. Sent an email and pictures requesting a refund and was denied. I can't even wear the dress or get it fixed. The waistline is a few inches above my natural waist and very uncomfortable. I'm only 5'5 but the torso is not proportional. They don't care. I just wasted almost $200.
If you don't like your dress you really have no options but to keep it. I think it is better to shop local or with a place where they actually let you return it.

I got everything shipped pretty quickly and the material of the dress was good for the cost, but I would not do custom sizing again. I measured myself exactly and had said to add 3 inches to height for heels. Well, even without shoes on you can see my feet. Disappointed.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Dress came and looked nothing like the picture, plus it didn't fit at all and I ordered the smallest size. Tried emailing and ended up going back and forth for like 10 days. They would not return the dress and said "it's a bummer you ordered the wrong size". That was the smallest size they had, it's not like I could go a size down. They even told me to get a tailor. Hell no I'm not paying $150 for a dress that I will have to then spend more money on. There's also no review section on their website, pretty big red flag. Awful company. Do research before shopping online.
I purchased my dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress size was way off. Obviously it was from China. The stitching was not straight. Very poor material. I emailed the company, but no response at all. I had to go thru paypal to open a claim in order for them to respond. Return shipping address to china cost me $66 to ship it back. So when they finally did respond back to paypal. They only credit less than half of the dress cost. The dress was $131. So do not buy from this website, they will try to give you a hard time so you will end up keeping the dress. Worse experience i ever encounter.
Now a days, it's scary buying dresses off the internet. I've been burned many times by online stores stating dresses were as pictured or made within the U.S. then when the dress arrives, I discovered the dress was cheaply made and nothing like the picture. Hebeos has really impressed me. The customer service is amazing, all dresses are as described and overall the quality is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dress.
It's says hassle free returns up to 14 days on not custom items but they don't tell you that you have to cancel your order immediately to get a 90% refund and after 48 hours you can only refund the delivery charge. Absolutely false advertising in that. I went into my order as soon as I ordered to see if I could reach out to someone and they said my order didn't exist. I had to wait 48 hours for the order to even populate. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordering and arrival were completely fine, and the dress is actually really beautiful, great quality. It just didn't fit my bust, definitely for bustier brides! It was a built-in wire so you can't pull it off without having the boobs to do so.

First of I paid extra to get it earlier and it came a week late. They will email you stating the dress will be here as scheduled but as soon as it wasnt no more emails or response Im emailing them everyday until they gave me my tracking number. It arrived couple of days before my daughters prom and it looked horrible the stitching looked like a kid did it. The sheer was not sheer it was too thick and cream colored not nude like the picture. So of course we had to get another dress at the last minute. I emailed them with pictures everyday for 2 weeks before I got a response. They told me it looked nice. And they will give me 15% off my next purchase no refund. The top looked nothing like the picture, the quality was horrible. Had proof and everything and thats it. Like I would ever order from here again. This company is a Scam! I cant believe they can do this. I guess Im out of 200 dollars.
I ordered a Jr. Bridesmaid dress for my daughter for my wedding and clearly stated that I needed the dress in Dusty Rose(Pinkish color). When I received the dress it was orange. I immediately contacted their customer service department.
Their response to me is that the color looks different in different lighting. That is pure BS! The dress is not pink at all and clearly orange. Instead of admitting to their error they gave me that crazy excuse and trying to offer me 10% on the next purchase like I would be dumb enough to order again.
