Ladies, DO NOT order from this company. I received my dress and it looks like a cheap costume that no one would want to wear on their special day. The fabric is different, the train is 3 times longer and the finishes are terrible. Customer service is also not understanding and basically told me it was acceptable and I had to deal with it. Waste of my money.
I am a standard size and this dress purchased did NOT fit at all. Tags still on. Original packaging. I contacted customer service, I provided pictures of the dress showing that all tags in place and still in all original packaging- asking for a refund and return shipping label - I was told NO and that they would give a 10% discount for me to find an alterations person to help make the dress fit. Unacceptable policy and answer since it can't be altered. A company that can't stand behind product and even offer a refund or even a credit- something- is not a company to trust. FRUSTRATED! I hope this is a warning for others. Be cautious.
Do not buy your dress from this site. I threw my money away. I ended up going to Davids Bridal. It's not worth it. They are a scam. PayPal will not protect you. I plan on filing a complaint with the better business bureau against paypal

The dress is absolutely beautiful. Good quality! The size they recommended me to get was perfect as well. I will definitely recommend Hebeos to my friends & family and we will buy from here again. I also think the prices were reasonable.
I love the dress because of its rich texture. Very beautiful and stunning, it could be worn for ballroom, pageant or prom dress. My daughter will wear for prom. It is off-the-shoulder, but you don't worry about any bra. It is designed with existing breast holder.

I will strongly advise anyone ordering clothes for children from this site for prom not to bother. They have terrible customer service and had very poor experience. They have no return address and keep going back and forward with return. I would never ever use them again. Too bad and dress not as in pictures. I was VERY apprehensive about ordering on line after reading so many bad reviews on other sites. But I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. Quality is great and dress fits everywhere except the chest. I have an appointment for alterations to take in the chest next week. Since it's a beach wedding and I'll be barefoot I need it hemmed and I think I'll add a slit up the side while I'm at it. But over all great experience and good quality. No need to hesitate when ordering from them.

I bought a wedding dress and came too big even though the measurements were correct. It was packed on a plastic wrap that smelled horrible, some sort of unknown chemical. I reached out directly to request a refund and to send it back, there is no point on keeping or fixing this as I paid over 200 for this.
Kimi from customer service handled my request and told me to keep the dress and resale it, to get my money back, I requested a refund and she offer 35% discount. This is ridiculous.

I ordered flowers for me wedding when they arrived they looked like they had been ran over by a truck, shipped in a plastic bag and were completely unusable! The order was $300 and they offered me $15 back as compensation. We went back and forth and the final resolve was I could send them back and they would assess them. Me paying $50 in shipping and then being offered $50 back for my return.
Terrible to work with and my recommendation is to never by flowers from them - not anything like what they look like on the site!

The dress is itchy and fits weird. They don't accept returns easily. The dresses are final sale but they never say it. They accepted the return with a "15% off the price for a restocking fee". This fee was never mentioned on the website. They're not transparent with their customers. They even asked me if I can resell it.

At first I was slightly skeptical of Hebeos because they had such a vast variety of dresses to choose from. It seemed like it must be another scam site. However, my friend had ordered from here previously and been satisfied with her order so I decided to give it a shot. My dress came in on the exact day that they estimated and it fit wonderfully. It was just as the picture had shown and great quality.
I bought a wedding dress from Hebeos and the dress looked nothing like it showed on the picture! The material was cheap and see-through and they got my custom size completely wrong. Do not buy from this shop. I tried to get a full refund and they refused. Complete waste of money and time!
This company has some of the worst customer service and product I have ever come in contact with. I ordered 3 dresses as potential bridesmaids dresses. After measuring myself I used THEIR sizing guide to determine my size. These dresses still came far too big. In order to return them they required a legitimate reason, which I had seeing as their size chart guided me to order the wrong size. They also required pictures showing the issues, I provided them and they still refused my return as well as extremely poor, rude, customer service. I should have known this was a scam from the beginning.
I ordered 2 dresses, one came in 2 colors which was not shown on the website so I'm having a hard time returning it.
The other dress came today with 2 holes in the mesh sleeves!
