Very happy we chose to order from your website. I was very skeptical because I have heard horror stories about ordering dresses online! Not only is the dress beautiful and better than anything we have seen locally but it came in perfect condition and in two days! Dress came late in wrong color. They ruined my engagement and not accepting return or exchange. I emailed them and let them know the situation but all I got was that to then white and Ivory color are the same. This is not acceptable at all
I will never order again from this store... I asked for a refund on 1 dress, I read the return policy in full before I purchased my order. They make it so impossible to return something and then tell you it won't be fully returned and you have to pay for shipping and only get SOME of your money back bc of a restocking fee! Very disappointed
This was lopsided, the top should part is only connected in front so doesn't stay put. The champagne color looks super yellow, the material looks cheap. It looked nothing like the photo. My 14 year old daughter, who usually compliments my clothes and is very positive in general, said I looked like I was wearing a Belle costume.
And I can't return it because it was made custom to my measurements. I had to buy another dress. Money wasted, lesson learned.
An absolutely nice dress. My husband even said "wow!". I usually wear a US size 12 so I ordered up 2 sizes to a 16. I do think a 14 would have been perfect as the 16 is just a bit large in the bodice length... but I would rather error on the side of I can take it in---not let it out. Length was long and needs to be hemmed but all good gowns are ALWAYS that way. (Which I appreciate) I bought this dress in Navy which is a deep-rich-midnight navy color. The gold trim is an antique gold color-not a fake bright metallic color. It is beautiful and hangs perfectly from the waist. I highly recommend this dress.
I ordered my daughter a dress and we still haven't received it. I didn't even ask for any special alterations. If you order anything you better hope you get it because there is no one you can speak to about it. All you get is a chat that is a machine talking and only knows about 4 words. This place is a rip off. Just like everyone else on here, I wish there was a negative rating because that's what they would get from me.
The dresses arrived quickly, individually wrapped in protective plastic & on their own hangers. They are the correct sizes, fit beautifully, and are just as glamorous as their online pictures. I will definitely order from Hebeos again for any other important events I have to attend in the future.
My daughter ordered a uk size 14 dress from this site and when it arrived it's more like a size 8, won't even meet at back to zip even a little bit.

I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's homecoming. One dress was too tight and the other drapes in an unflattering way but they refuse to give me a full refund. They wanted pictures of the dresses so they could assess if anything was wrong with them. My daughter can barely walk in one of them because the skirt portion is too tight. I've just wasted $200 on dresses they refuse to take take back. Worst customer service and return policy. I would not recommend them.

First time buying a dress online. It fit perfectly as I wanted, comfortable, it hugs your curves great and it's long enough to cover your feet even with heels. I would buy it again in different colors.
These dresses are horrible and look nothing like the photos delivery is a flop it arrived 3 days past the expected date. The quality is extremely poor if you don't want a PROM disaster go somewhere else.

The shipping came 2 days earlier than expected. I put a rush order on my dress because I needed it for prom. Shipping takes exactly 2 weeks which is good for a product coming from overseas. The dress is long though the top fits perfectly. I got a size 2 because im 52 but I should have put a custom order on the skirt because im super short. But overall Im satisfied with my order and I recommend this dress.
Do not buy anything from Hebeos. The service and customer support is awful. We ordered a dress for my daughter on Feb 22 and they charged us $125 immediately. The dress did not arrive until a month later. Customer service was no help. Since it took so long, we bought my daughter another dress. Once it finally did arrive we tried to return it to Hebeos only to be given the run around and no refund. I would strongly suggest not buying from this site unless you like throwing away your money."
