I ordered my dress, with custom measurements, on June 5th. It arrived so much sooner than I expected and it fit perfectly!

I purchased a bridesmaid dress through this company due to the fact that it says hassle free returns as long as dress is in original condition with tags. TOTAL LIE. They do not accept returns and will only refund you 8% of the dress total I was told in their exact words "why don't you try to resell the dress". I've went round and round with them regarding what their website clearly states and they absolutely will not refund the dress. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing. So please learn from my mistakes and don't purchase through this company. Oh and I would have given zero stars if I were able to.

Such an easy process. When I was looking it gave me the option to change the color of what dress I found I liked best to the colors I needed which was so helpful as well as the measuring chart! Shipping was super fast two. Maybe max two weeks. And there was even a category to choose from to help us stay in our budget!

It has been friendly nice and easy. Received my product super fast.

While ordering I was under the impression my measurements would be true to size. I ordered one size up to be safe I thought if it was a little large I could have it tailored, unfortunately the dress (even one size up from my size) was too tight! I was also not pleased with the quality, from the moment I opened the bag I noticed there was a loose button hanging and the zipper had issues it looked as if it was skipped. Trying on the dress confirmed that, it got stuck. It has been a complete disappointment!

I truly wanted to love this dress. I had high hopes that it would be pretty similar to the original -- Teuta Matoshi's 'Timeless Rose Gown' -- based on some of the review photos by what appeared to be actual people. Be warned: not ALL of the reviews are real. Some are of models in the actual original dress, like review photos of 'Breanna' and 'Emily S' (fake reviews and fake names). Those photos are featured on Teuta Matoshi's original site.

I ordered a custom sizing and while it fits very well, there are parts I just can't come to love. It is not exactly like the dress as shown. The material is like a costume satin, so something like a little girl princess dress would be made of. The chest part is not like the photo as the seam of the breast pads isn't in the middle, but sewn off to the side to connect to the start of the shoulder. The puff of the sleeves are actually TOO puffy, so it looks fat and feels awkward. Doesn't have that slightly streamlined look as shown in the photo, nor does the puff start a little below the elbow, but much further down -- practically at my wrist. They don't show the back of the dress, but the original is a lace up, while this is a zipper all the way through.

Do NOT order the "shown in picture" color option: you'll receive a hot watermelon pink color! Not the lovely pink shade of the original dress. The color is honestly what I hate about this dress the most... I kept thinking I'd come to love it, but it's been a month since then and I just... do not. At all. I truly wanted a softer shade like the acrual reference photo, and instead received something I despise. It's terrible with my skintone, and I can't return it at all since custom sizings are final sales.

They won't actually return the item and they nickel and dime you to exchange. The dress sleeves are super baggy. I order dresses offline regularly. This is my first experience with hebeos and it was less than satisfactory.

I love the dress design, I wish the color was a little more rich like the pictures but its still cute. The shipping came right on time even with it being a custom order. I never got any tracking info but the dress came on the date that the site said it would before I ordered.
Overall, a pretty good experience.

I ordered the wrong color on accident but was able to communicate with the team to get the color changed before tailoring. It was delivered within 13 days.

I received my dress faster than expected. The material is very heavy and feels very expensive. I can't believe I got it for the price that I did!
