We recently ordered a flower girl dress from Hebeos. It took approx 3.5 weeks to arrive in Canada which we expected however immediately upon opening the package we found a sizeable bleach stain on the front centre of the dress. I immediately took pictures and emailed the company to see if we could get a new one rushed out or a refund/discount on the current one due to the issue. We didn't hear back at first so I took it to a dry cleaner to try and remove it. The dry cleaner did as much as she could but there was definitely a white bleached stain of 3 letters (stamp like) on the gown that were permanently imprinted through several layers of fabric. When we heard back nearly two weeks later they suggested we take it to a tailor. I responded explaining a tailor could not remove a stain like this, in this area, and that we'd appreciate a significant discount or refund as we now had to purchase a new dress elsewhere for a fast approaching wedding. Their response was to offer a 10% discount. We refused, reiterating our points and asking for a refund, more than willing to ship the gown back if they obliged. Their final offer was 18% discount and basically told us to take it or leave it.
To say we are disappointed in the company and their products and customer service is an understatement. We will never again make the mistake of ordering from them. What made it even worse was the product was really good quality, aside from the damage, so it's a shame they couldn't have tried to accommodate or help solve the issue.
I thought the dress was going to be more princess like since it's for a wedding. It's just not very cute considering the price.

I recently purchased a dress on Hebeos and it wasn't the color I wanted and was really thick, heavy and uncomfortable. I requested a refund and they flat out said NO and I should think about "selling it locally" instead to make a profit. I've been emailing them for days to get someone to help with the matter and everytime it is someone new, telling me something else with no resolution. I truly recommend that you do not purchase from this website unless you are absolutely sure that you are getting exactly what you need, with no breathing space. They were very unprofessional.
THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL! Not only did they say that it is "easy returns" but when I went to return my dress due to the material being cheap and color not correct they DENIED me. They offered a 5% back? Not only that, but it took an insane amount of time to get the dress PLUS you couldn't even track the package because the website they use is all in Chinese. Save yourself time and MONEY and do NOT purchase from this place. I have NEVER had a worst experience with a company than them.
I tried to track my order and the tracking thing was in Chinese and not working so first that scared me. Then I got my dress and it was not what I expected.

Do not and I repeat do not order more than one dress different style of the same color for a wedding. The colors (same name of color on site) are not the same and the dresses will not match and look stupid. They will not return for a refund, instead you will maybe get 10% back of what you paid. Terrible customer service. They said that each dress is handmade and cannot be resold due to the customization of the dress. The dresses on my order were all size 2... not custom sizes. If they cannot accept returns, then they should not offer size choices. I cannot explain enough how poor this company is on all level. Do not buy from them.

At first seemed like an easy site to shop on and I saw "worry free 14 day returns on standard sized" so I wasn't worried if I didn't like the dress. Well I was so so so wrong. The dress was terrible and customer service is even worse!

My flower girls dresses came in a week ago and I have 2 weeks until my wedding and the flower girl dresses don't fit at all and the colors are nowhere near the picture. DEFINITELY NOT COPPER! The dresses look like bright pumpkin orange. So stressed and frustrated now!
