Do not by from this company unless you know you will be keeping the dress. There is basically no return policy. I even asked about canceling the order and it had already been shipped, so I was told to wait until I received it and then ask for a return. I did just that and then was denied a return.

The return policy they have advertised is nothing but a lie. I bought a dress and told them it doesn't fit and they made me take a picture of myself. So I did and then I was told to take it to a tailor. My dress had no alterations. I strongly suggest you do not buy from them.

Dress has a blue hue on the fabric. Dresses appeared gorgeous on screen. Pray the same as it arrives.

I had a very easy time with Hebeos. Easy to order and it came when they said it would. I emailed them for a tracking number and they got back to me right away.

We received our dress 2 day prior to the date on the tracking order which we were pleased with. We were getting concerned about getting the dress on time so I contacted HEBIOS via e-mail and they got back to me stating they would get the dress shipped out right away. The quality of the dress is great, and it fit exactly as needed. We used the measurements proved to order the correct size. The color is gorgeous and we are overall very pleased with this purchase.

Easy shopping, customer service is a little not user friendly( just hard to get to), and the return process is awful.

I ordered three dresses and I wanted to return one. It didn't fit my long torso. I sent pictures and they told me to get a trailer to fix. My dresses had already shipped late when I paid for expedited shipping (they didn't refund). Lulu's has great customer support and no hassle returns. I will NEVER buy from Hebeos again.

Had to reorder and repay for a dress because the company wouldn't refund me or send a replacement dress after they gave me a false tracking number and never actually shipped it despite taking my money for it. When the second dress finally came, each of our dresses were different shades of pink instead of all being the pearl pink color that we ordered as a group.

I fell in love with this beautiful gown. I wanted to have a Anniversary vow renewal. I couldn't get this gown out of my head. I ordered the dress and I was a little bit skeptical but I needed this dress. I was sent an email from them saying please send us your Measurements and I started to get a little afraid but I sent them those. I was told that I would receive my wedding dress on September 20, I started to get nervous but in true to their word on the 19 th of September I received the most gorgeous wedding dress that I have laid my eyes on… Thank you Hebeos for such a gorgeous gown and making me a very happy lady!
