The two piece arrived within expected time and was sent by Royal Mail tracked. The outfit itself is beautiful and well made although the waist in the skirt is a little loose (I chose custom made). The packaging for delivery, however, was completely inadequate! It was only contained in an opaque zip lock plastic bag and then a grey plastic bag. As a result the outfit arrived very creased! The skirt contains many layers so if I have to steam it to remove creases it will be a massive job.

Ordering was super easy and had good clear instructions. Which has meant we have a perfect fitting dress. However, the dress arrived in a plastic parcel package (type you normally get when ordering jeans and t-shirts) which meant the dress was screwed up inside and has a lot of creases that aren't dropping since hanging up. Just hoping a cool iron won't damage the material. Was expecting it to arrive on a hanger or in a flat box, especially after spending quite a bit of money on it.
This is the only negative, all other experiences are positive.

Complained various times about the misleading images used on the site, the quality of the dresses (see-through,misalighned trains and different colours) waiting for a full refund as this is illegal not give on within the allotted time period, truly disappointing service, ruining my wedding experience, leaving me £400 worse off and without a dress for a wedding in less than four months, such a shame :(

We got a custom made dress. My daughter is a little bigger than the average due to medical issues and you made the perfect dress to make her feel like a princess. Customer service was amazing, keeping in touch during a stress filled time.

They wanted to check the measurements as they are a little bigger than average. They were extremely friendly and understanding. Can’t fault hebeos service

I purchased my daughter a dress, sent her measurements, when it came it was massive. Not to her measurements at all very disappointing. I have messaged them I have emailed them to return or discuss but I've had no response, don't waist your money with this company

This company is based in China & a difficult return procedure if dress not suitable. I eventually got cost of dress back after multiple emails but needed to send back to China so total delivery costs ended up over £40 with no dress. Quality of dress was satisfactory but would not use this company again.

Difficult to get direct response … automatic emails are not self explanatory.

The most disgusting, unethical company I have ever ordered from.

Ordered a dress for my daughter and it came. The zip was slightly faulty and the dress doesn't fit.

I put in a request for a refund and label. It was declined and told to go and pay for seamstress to fix it.

After emails back and forth and continuously requesting a refund because they have a 'hassle free' 14 day refund still they are refusing to give me my money back. It has been nothing but hassle.

I was the told the dresses are made to order - well are they? I see no evidence of this on the website.

All I want is to send the dress back and get a refund. And most importantly my money back.

Not only is this unethical but it's breach of contract and again the law.

It has now got to the point where I have had to report this company and taken legal action.

Still no refund…

I would avoid at all costs

Ordering online was very easy - hoping the delivery and dress are as smooth. Go direct to the Chinese website - we had assumed quality control on made to measure garments if through Hebeos this did not happen at all. We now have a made to measure dress that is seriously missized and can't safely be worn.

Absolutely horrible quality and customer service.
The dress is not the size ordered - the bust is extremely large.
There are various rips in the fabric and the stitching is just horrifying.
The dress is uneven and there are various areas with pieces of fabric being ripped or not stitched.
The company will not issue a full refund - do not be tricked!

I ordered from milanoo about 3 times now. I alawys received my items about a month later. Once I, among other things, ordered some nail polish and did not come, and another time the leggings were out of stock, both times they refounded imediatly. There was no problem comunicating with them.
And the products I have received, mostly I was happy with. Compared with the low prices the quality is good.

Ordered my dress in custom fit to make sure it did fit me. It arrived nicely packaged and looks lovely on. I am having bust altered as it's too revealing and I'm adding a sparkly silver waist band just under bust to enhance my waist. More. There were some loose threads, a loose button and part of the lace wasn't sewn on properly however regardless of this I would still highly recommend Hebeos. I'm so excited to wear my dress on my wedding day.

I've bought 2 wedding dresses with the intention of picking one and returning the other. The dresses were terrible and they won't give me the returns address. It says 14 day no quibble returns. The obviously know the stock is poor so they break the law by not upholding the 14 day returns policy.

Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. This is an online purchase and for such a formal purchase customer should be given more opportunity to return an item. Comparison online and in person is totally different but this company refuses to take back product as they believe their website is well displayed with rules.

Please please please do not order from this site it's terrible customer service! We ordered a dress when it arrived it did not fit rough horrible materials, so we requested a refund, and they denied me of one, was unhelpful, and told me to take my dress to a local tailer to have the changes done! I was so cross, I'm still arguing now with them, if any body out there made there order using a credit card contact them they will help you, Barclays credit card has refunded me and they are investigating them.

Hebeos is fantastic the quality is amazing and the outfits are so beautiful. The only thing is I ordered 3 dresses but the 2 had corsets in them, which I had no idea. These two were very tight and did not look right but the third dress was so beautiful fitted. And am keeping this for my wedding day

The customer service was fantastic I can not fault it. They got back to me straight away and have been so supportive throughout.

Ordered a prom dress for my daughter. After reading some external reviews I was dubious about the standard of dress we would receive. I can say it has exceeded expectations. Ordering was simple, I ordered a standard size dress and measured my daughter, went for the bigger size of her measurements. Really pleased with the fit, we will only need to take the length up.
The colour is beautiful and just as it says. Delivery was quick and tracked. Overall I would recommend this site.

This dress is stunning, beautifully made to a high quality using heavy weight fabrics that feel luxurious and extravagant. The antique white colour is really gorgeous, not white at all, more a very very pale salmon which I love and it suits my skin tone well. Overall it feels very special. Though one down side is the zip is quite stiff and difficult to fasten by myself, you need help! I would say it needs some adjusting to be more fitted around the bust for my smaller chest to achieve the tight-fit look of the model in the picture, as currently it hangs loosely around my chest and torso which isn't very flattering. I'm generally a size 8, but I ordered the size 10 which I could just about zip up snuggly. I feel a size 8 may would suit my frame better, though I would need to lose a bit of weight around my waist in order to zip it up! My wedding is next year, so I plan to use this as a dress to change into in the evening.

I requested information about ordering sample swatches. However, one of the colours wasn't available. And when my order finally arrived, the swatches were missing.

Originally I could not find the swatches on the website, I emailed them, they got back to me straight away, explaining how to order them, have been brilliant. Once sent out was a good speedy delivery. Good sized swatches too.

The website is easy to navigate through. However, I was not pleased with my order. The dress did not fit despite the fact that measurements were taken and the size was chosen carefully. I have emailed sales support and have been waiting for a response for 4 days already.

I had sent an email about the dress not fitting and wanting to get a refund. After a day, I had gotten an email back asking for proof that I received the dress and that it did not fit; I took photos and explained what problems I was having with the dress. It has been 4 days and i'm still waiting for a reply.

I appreciate there are shipping costs and I would have paid them on return. My daughter got a dress for size 12 and instead got size 6. They would not allow returns.just a voucher if you buy again. But the fact of the matter is.if they got the first size so wrong…why would we trust the next order would fit?

I ordered a dress in a UK size 6 and it was more like a size 10. When requesting a refund, they simply refused stating that there was nothing they could do. The dress was not cheap (£100 + £20 delivery) and it was costing me almost the same to adjust to my size. Customer service was not understanding in any way shape or form. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

Completely unhelpful with zero understanding. Simply emails requesting an extended list as to why I require a refund, only to then email back explaining that there was nothing to be done. Completely useless. A waste of time, money and energy. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied.

We were a bit apprehensive after reading both good and bad reviews but decided to order. Although we received no update after placing order, suddenly after a few weeks had a posted notification. We were half afraid to open the parcel when it arrived but no, the dress looks amazing. So glad we went for the next size up after measuring, fits perfect.

Received my dress for my daughter's wedding, totally wrong colour which will not match her colour scheme and definitely not the colour I ordered. During the process of ordering I received a quick response from any emails I sent, but now despite several e mails requesting details of how I return dress and refund I am getting absolutely no response! So not only do I have to get another dress I am £150 out of pocket! I am now going to have to go through PayPal to try and get a resolution
