EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had order process with INCORRECT information and they REFUSE to contact fedex to fix information. There contact process is a joke, no phone number, no one to speak to, and just generic scripted responses. Once they process your order they don't care if you get your items or not. Only way to cancel order is to call your bank for a merchant dispute! Its 2020 doing messy business like this is pathetic. Might as well just be a ig store. So low quality.
I have never had active clothes like fit the way Gymshark's does! Plus the quality for the price is unbeatable. Very impressed and will buy all my active wear from Gymshark from now on!

I spend more than $300 in clothes. But I return items for exchange to a different size. One it lost and the other one delivered in December 16, and they didn't send it to me yet!
I ordered a pair of men's leggings size large. They sent a size small with a large sticker on them. I request a refund and they said they aren't responsible for sending the wrong size. How is it not their fault? Not to mention it's impossible to get ahold of someone and the only contact method is email. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT SHOT AT GYMSHARK! They are a scamming $#*! company!

I returned 2 products and I am still waiting for my refund. They told me the refunds were made but I dont have my money in my account and they are not being accountable for this. Now I dont have the products and the money neither... NEVER BUYING AGAIN
I ordered from them for Black Friday almost one month ago. I had to send 3 emails to learn that my ordered has been lost in the process. They offered to pay me back or to issue a gift card and say that sending a replacement order was not possible as the items were out of stock. After investigating on my side, I find out that only one item was stock out. And guess what? THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME WAS A FAKE ONE. After contacting the delivery service, they confirmed that it was a SCAM and a FALSE TRACING NUMBER. After complaining and sending 5 more emails (of course they took ages to respond every email pretending to be overwhelmed), they are sending me a replacement order, but considering their customer service, I am not even sure to receive it... AVOID GYMSHARK, they are not trust worthy at all and their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I ordered 6 items during Black Friday Sale, but the parcel was never delivered, since Gymshark forgot to include my house number in the label. When the parcel was returned to the sender, Customer Service said that 3 items were out of stock and that they could offer a gift card, which I rejected since it was their fault to use an incomplete address and that I would not be able to make use of the black Friday price advantage anymore. Throughout 3 days, I received several emails from customer service contacts, stating contradicting information and not willing to offer me a fair solution other than providing a gift card or refunding the entire order. The same items that were supposedly out of stock were available in other colors, but due to technical reasons, offering these items was apparently not possible. In the end, Gymshark canceled my entire order without my consent, although 3 items were still available. I have tried to contact them, but they ghosted me. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service, wake up, it's 2021 and if you plan on big black friday campaigns, make sure you have the staff and trained customer service team to deal with all issues associated with it.
I found this store in Instagram and I opened for my self a wide range of goods that I was looking for or become interested in. Really good service and website I like it.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE gymshark, but not going to lie i'm disappointed that there's only very few girls leggings and shorts that don't have pockets and that's a big turn away for me, so I don't buy the leggings or shorts unfortunately.
All of the sports bras and bottoms I've tried from GymShark have been amazing quality for the price! The brand has become really popular recently, and they frequently have huge sales!
Its bad quailty AND SO EXPENSIVE. I have used a pair ONE time and they broke and got holes in them after ONE use. SUCH vad quality for a LOT of money, 60 USD for $#*! $#*!ing quality. Dont EVER buy their leggings, their shirts are fine and dont break as easily but their leggings are SO bad.

I've been purchasing from this company for several years and have recently seen a disintegration of both quality and service. Sizing is all over the map so it's nearly impossible to determine what size to purchase. I recently purchased a jacket that turned out to be much too big. While completing the online return form, I was advised that the jacket was a final sale. This WAS NOT communicated during the checkout process. Upon reaching out to their customer support team, I was basically told "too bad, you must've missed it." This attitude and lack of understanding and transparency has lost the company this customer and I plan to reach out to others to share my experience. I will happily take my money elsewhere.
