The first order of critical zip joggers had a loose seem where the fabric connects to the elastic leg hole. My Husband very carefully tried to see if they would even work for him but as soon as he slid his foot through the hold, it separated from the pant leg on both sides. I felt really bad because it was a gift and he thought it was his fault, but no activewear should be this flimsy. We got a refund for the item but not for shipping, so I'm out 5 dollars on a piece of crap that I had to return and is now out of stock. The second order was lost and sent back to gymshark and they told me they can't replace the items because they are out of stock... again, out another 5 dollars for shipping items that never arrived. It is frustrating to be forced to do last-minute birthday shopping because a company can't pull it together, and though $10 isn't much at all, I would rather it go to a company that isn't so shady.
Very bad service en communication! They steel your money. They don't pay back the money of products they don't deliver.
That's how they make money. They are worthless. I never buy there again. That's also my advice to you.
I wanted to exchange an item in my purchase. I went online and filled out their exchange form. Everything was in order for my exchange. When I returned my purchase, I got a refund instead of the exchange. I wanted an exchange so that I would not have to pay the shipping fee again. I contacted them and said I wanted an exchange not a refund and they said the item wasn't available and that is why they refunded my money. I went online and could easily order the item. It was available. I told them that and they kept repeating that it was not available and that's why I got a refund. This went on for days. Finally I just re-ordered and had to pay the shipping fee again. I sent my order number to customer service so that they could see obviously that it was available and I was able to order it but they would not refund my shipping fee.
I love Gymshark clothing. The quality of the clothing is great. My reason for the two stars is the customer service is the worse! They don't have a phone number to call. Customer service takes 4 days to answer if you have to respond back to the msg they sent you, you have to wait another 4 days for them to respond again. Returned about $300 worth of products and still haven't gotten a refund! Ridiculous!
I bought $30 pair of leggings and they are so see through... I can't even wear them because of how see through they are. For how much I paid, these leggings should not be see through!
I was missing my unit number on my address so I reached out for help as soon as i paid, I asked if they could edit my address and they replied like 2 hours later saying no, then I asked to cancel my order and they say that they have a "15 minute cancellation policy" that's insane! Then they said that i was gonna get help from a manager and then they shipped my order instead. So then I tried to contact UPS (shipping company) and the tracking number they sent me was not the one associated with my order! I have never been so infuriated like this I HATE these $#*!s!
I wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. But I didnt. My boys wanted Christmas gifts from this place, so i ordered.
I ordered on black Friday, and have yet to receive my order. Christmas is in one week!
Trying to get ahold of customer service is like banging your head on a wall. Crickets. All you get is a bot!

I recently purchased some Gymshark leggings and was disappointed with the sizing. I followed the size chart provided on their website, but the leggings ended up being too small. Size small fits more like an extra-small. I'm very disappointed.
It's so disappointing and the worst purchasing for me. I do so many online shopping and I never seen this kind of service which charged return fees and even refund not correct amount.
I bought first time from Singapore and the size is not correct. So, I return the items IMMEDIATELY! But the refund fees is NOT free and charged by customers and I had paid 21 sgd!
Then I PAID but after the return process is done. So disappointed AGAIN for NOT receiving correct refund value! I ordered and paid 169.69 sgd but I got refund 156.99 sgd. They replied it's 12.7 Sgd deducted for USING discount code!
They got 33.7 sgd from me for buying nothing!
FIRST AND LAST TIME ordering from gymshark! Very disappointed.

I placed my order and pay for it. I received an email confirmation that the order was placed successfully and then immediately after that they cancelled my order due to suspected fraud?!
But I already paid, and I can see that from my bank statement!
So they took my money and then cancelled my order!
Update: After contacting customer support, after couple of days I received my money back. Still very disappointing experience.
Gymshark processing and delivery is very quick! Clothing is true to size and very comfortable for daily wear. Quality is great, and they have a wide range of selection. Will definitely continue to purchase.
Terrible. I'm in MX and the web page –as it knew my location– wouldn't let me order to my po box in USA; it lead me to buy it to my mexican address because it was to the only place where "there were shipments". I bought it and at my doorstep they asked me for $42 (usd) to give it to me. I spoke to customer service and they ignored my issue and just apologized; they even canceled my reference # to return it. I spent more than I planned for a clothing brand that doesn't even have ethical practices and clearly doesn't care about the customer; only money.
I love their leggings but I ordered a new pair of leggings and patiently waited for them, just for them to send me someone else's package…. And now I have to go out of my way and return them, and wait for them again. I will not be buying gymshark anymore.
I recently bought from them and I truly hated all the leggings. The pictures don't look like the leggings AND it looks like the same leggings you can get on amazon for half of the price. The leggings had a small pattern on them but that wasn't shown in the picture and you have a really really bad camel toe better to get from lulu
LEGGINGS: The leggings are excellent quality! My favorites are the seamless, high waisted ones. I love the ombre and the energy leggings that are all part of the seamless collection. They suck you in and lift you in all of the right places, without being too tight.
The only leggings that I didn't feel were super flattering on me were the flex leggings. They hit me on my lower stomach and made that area look less than flattering ha. However, they just came out with some high waisted flex leggings and I am super stoked to try them out!
Bought a few items and they were all too large. When I tried to exchange the items for appropriate sizes they just downright refused. Never going back.
Very disappointed with Gymshark's customer service. I ordered a packaged valued at just under $100. The package was to be delivered by FedEx, but the delivery service refused to leave the package at the door and was requiring me to pick up the package from the store (we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and I am self-quarantining).
Every time I reached out to CS it was a different person. I thought the issue had been taken care of and CS informed me the package would be delivered but then the next day another person reached out and informed me if I didn't go pick up the package from FedEx my order would be returned to Gymshark. This was my first time ordering and I will not be ordering from this company again. I cannot believe how irresponsible this company is - my time was wasted.
I'm not here to say how bad this company is cause it's not but I'm a 456 pound man and I'm not proud of it and GymShark's clothing doesn't fit me. I've been wanting to work out but I don't have proper clothes and when I go to the gym I get looks and laughs.
The workout clothes I recently purchased were disappointing due to their inferior quality. It's frustrating to invest in fitness attire that doesn't withstand the rigors of an active lifestyle.
