My package was lost and at first they were going to start an investigation. Then I recieved an email saying they were going to credit me back, ok fine but didn't credit my shipping or tax! If I NEVER received the items why am I being charged shipping and taxes. You all try to find a way to rip folks off I guess. Still will never shop again and I will tell everyone how tacky guess factory is. I don't even give ya'll 0 stars but since I have to here is 1

On my account it says "in process " still, but I was charged the same day I ordered.
They sent me a kids sweater riddled with holes, I decided to keep the sweater & sew it up since returning would be a headache. I called to have at least a few dollars of my money refunded & they refused. Will not be spending anymore money with these people.
So, the item is a good, but not great. I was so excited when it arrived but not only that it didn't follow the instructions that is clearly posted in there, but upon opening the package, the crevices of the item is dusty. A little bit of the sewing in the crevices Are also a little torn. You can't see it at first glance but I just happen to be quite observant. The problem is the quality issues, but you get what you paid for.
I love the clothes at Guess Factory. I have purchased clothing online twice. I would recommend purchasing a size up from your normal size as they do fit on the smaller size (XS is more like XXS in the t shirts) but the quality is great and they are super cute. The orders come quickly and there are good online deals - free shipping if you buy over a certain amount (Rakuten is a great way to find deals). If you like cute sexy fitted clothes that are at a good price this a good place.
Bought from GUESS factory a few times and haven't encountered any problems. I was informed of out of stock items within a week, and the size charts/sizing are generally very reliable. I liked the occasional unconditional free shipping promotions! The most affordable shipping method is quite fast.
Received a couple of emails advertising free gifts with your purchase - I have 2 purchases one $168.88 and the other one for $102.74. No free gifts and called customer service spoke with Bernice "floor supervisor" and they will send me a 15% discount coupon to after January 3rd. B. S. - false advertising - do not think I will be purchasing from here again! Thanks but not thanks! -
Awesome except for the fact that it takes forever to leave the warehouse but after that shipping is fast and yes they charge and redeposit your money but the product came exactly as expects packaged nicely in a box on time!
I placed my first order on the canadian guess factory website & received my order 3 days later! I picked the cheapest shipping option which was 5-7 business days so receiving my item in 3 business days was awesome. My bag is perfect & exactly what I ordered. I plan to order more in the future & Hope everything goes as well as my first time. The other reviews had me really worried to order but I'm glad I gave it a go.
I placed an order online with a coupon and it showed the discount, after hitting the final button to place the ores I noticed that it did not show the discount so I called weigh way to speak to someone and was told they cannot do anything even tho it was their mistake. I spend hours on the phone and couldn't get this resolved. Spoke to a manager and still no help. Unbelievable, they will do anything to get your money.
I returned a product months ago, provided the Guess representative with the Canada Post Receipt because I yet have not been refunded. The purchase was made during Christmas, and my total bill was $244.00. Of that total, I returned a product that was $45.99 and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND! This is a billion dollar company, I've been a customer for over 20 years. They are cheap and a rip off!

I ordered two times( hoodies, a tee shirt and a pair of boots) from guess factory and I received them 4 days later without any damage or anything. I love their products and also some times mishaps happen, so don't be disappointed only after any such occurrence of wrong or damaged products.
The website says Free tote w/ orders $125+. Well, I made a purchase of $150 but never receive a free tote. The only reason that I spent more than $100 dollars was because I wanted the Free tote. I'm very upset all lies
I had a bad experience with a bracelet that i ordered online which it came damaged. I was planning to give the bracelet as a gift on the day that was delivered, but guess what: it came broken. I had to spent a lot of time running to buy another gift and was late for the birthday party.The customer service replied after 3 days. Very unpleasant experience!
Update: After i shared my experience with the guess factory customer service they refund me for the broken bracelet.
I was able to cancel my order at Guess Factory. I cancelled my order because of the terrible reviews on this site. I didn't want to risk getting ill products. The one catch is you have to email or call to cancel your order before you receive an email confirmation saying your order was received by Guess. I had to aggressively call and ask them to refund my money. But they were helpful because I asked for my cancellation before the confirmation email was sent to me. The trick. Thank you Guess Factory for refunding me and thank God for being there for me!
I hate guess factory now. I bought about 200 dollar goods from them, then there was a pair of shoes over size, so i exchanged it for a smaller one. I asked them, do I need to pay anything for this exchange? They said no. Then guess what? They charged me 12.95 for the shipment. I asked them why? They said no fees for the exchange, but there is fees on the return! Didn't I said any shipment fees? Bad Guess! I am very very mad, i am not going to buy anything from them any more!
I have never met such bad service. I placed an order on the website, paid, an hour later I have got an email that one product from my order (a backpack) is unavailable, although it is available on the website. After forty minutes I have got another email that my order is confirmed and the backpack is in my order, so I think everything is fine and I'm waiting for my package. A few days later, the next email arrives that my parcel is already on the way and the backpack is not in it. I'm writing a letter to the support service, I'm waiting for a response as indicated, 48 hours. There is no answer. During this time, the parcel arrives at the international warehouse and it is no longer possible to change the waybill, because of which I will face problems at customs. As a result, I got: unnecessary t-shirts that I ordered to fill the basket for free shipping, jeans that I was going to order from another store, but in order to group the order I decided to order here already, the lack of a backpack, for which I made all this order, complete ignoring of appeals by the store. By the way, the backpack on the website was and is still available to this day, but for some reason it was not sent to me. I will never order from this store again and do not recommend it to anyone
I am a first time online customer from the Bahamas who spent about $160 and also my cousin who sprnt about $130 and we have not received our items yet. This was from over a month ago and to make it worse I recommended this site to others but they are really doing alot of bad business. If you want to exchange they charge you a label fee and then refund you and have re-purchased your item over so they can make money again from your shipping cost and tax.
