I have never met such bad service. I placed an order on the website, paid, an hour later I have got an email that one product from my order (a backpack) is unavailable, although it is available on the website. After forty minutes I have got another email that my order is confirmed and the backpack is in my order, so I think everything is fine and I'm waiting for my package. A few days later, the next email arrives that my parcel is already on the way and the backpack is not in it. I'm writing a letter to the support service, I'm waiting for a response as indicated, 48 hours. There is no answer. During this time, the parcel arrives at the international warehouse and it is no longer possible to change the waybill, because of which I will face problems at customs. As a result, I got: unnecessary t-shirts that I ordered to fill the basket for free shipping, jeans that I was going to order from another store, but in order to group the order I decided to order here already, the lack of a backpack, for which I made all this order, complete ignoring of appeals by the store. By the way, the backpack on the website was and is still available to this day, but for some reason it was not sent to me. I will never order from this store again and do not recommend it to anyone
