I had a bad experience with a bracelet that i ordered online which it came damaged. I was planning to give the bracelet as a gift on the day that was delivered, but guess what: it came broken. I had to spent a lot of time running to buy another gift and was late for the birthday party.The customer service replied after 3 days. Very unpleasant experience!
Update: After i shared my experience with the guess factory customer service they refund me for the broken bracelet.
