Twice in 5 days Grubhub never shows up with the food. Twice I call customer service and twice they said they had to cancel the order. Without calling! Hungry kids. Do not use this service.
This is BY FAR THE WORST delivery service available. I made a mistake and ordered a pickup instead of delivery. I spent 25 dollars in the process. I expressed to them that i didnt have a car and need them to switch it to delivery. They told me they couldnt do that. Then i told them to give me a refund and they told me they couldnt do that either. They offered me 10 dollars off of my next order (as if i would order anything through them again) and proceeded to apologize. In the end i ended up losing 25 dollars and they ended up losing another customer.
I ordered from Grubhub for the first time a week ago and everything was fine. I ordered last night from them and the driver dropped it off at the wrong house, had he called me I could have told him that was not my house. When I told him it was the wrong house by text he questioned me like I was lying and I asked to have a replacement meal. I ordered it because I was hungry but obviously that didn't matter because I didn't get a replacement! The driver offered to go back to that house and get it, seriously during this time of Covid! They just lost a customer!
Order three orders from Buffalo wild wings and received two. GrubHub said they can gave me a 50 percent discount on a future order! What future order...
Wasted $20 on a membership, got no free delivery & no free $10 after spending >$100 (the current advertised "perk").

Don't waste your time with this company. I ordered a meal for delivery, went through the entire process, verified my address and my food never came. I used their chat line and they tried to tell me the order was for pickup. Who the hell would use a middle man to go pick up food. If I wanted to pick it up, I would have called the restaurant directly. Do yourself a favor and used uber eats or food dudes.
I've ordered from Grubb 3 times now and not 1 order has been 100% correct. I've left positive reviews on past 2 due to minor issues but tonight, I'm done with Grubhub ordering., drivers were good but the sources are the issue.
Ordered China buffet tonight. I ordered beef fried rice and got beef chowmein. Also ordered 2 orders of sesame chicken and fried rice, received 1 fried rice.
Ordered 4 egg rolls and 6 teriyaki pork on skewers. They came but they need to change the frying oil. Tasted nasty and threw out. Wasted 56.00 on this meal.

Being single working mom I was looking for and app myself and my children at home during this pandemic to be able to feed my children while I'm working all day I decided to go with grub hub for of course the FIRST FREE ORDER but obviously wasn't went the charged my card $20 for a $10 special and free delivery. Never again im my life will I be using grubhub ever. I sent them the proof and screen shot 4 different times and nothing sorry $#*! company. Definitely making a complaint to the Better Business Beareu.
This is the second time I ordered from here and had a horrible experience both times. The first time I ordered was from Bob Evans I didn't he both meals I ordered had to wait 2 hours. Lastnite didn't get food they lied and said they delivered but it wasn't to me and sent a message saying my order was canceled and I would receive a refund in 5 minutes didn't get my money back called customer service didn't get any help from him either. Beware of grub hub.
I placed an order for Popeye's. After waiting for about an hour I checked on my order. About that time my phone rang, it was GrubHub. It rang once and then stopped. I checked my order again and found it had been cancelled. I had been craving fried chicken for sometime now. Guess I'll have to wait a bit longer. We order last night for McDonalds and Burger King and had no problems. Not sure what went wrong this time.
Order food and it showed up wrong right away on line. Tried to call restrant no help. Tried to find a phone number for grub hub no luck. Finally got a non english speaking person. Told them to cancel he refused. Said he cant because order is made already but he offered to change it. I said if you can change you can cancel he refused. I told him I would stop payment he said he would cancel my account. Really like I am ever going to use them again. He insisted on changing so we tried three times he could not understand what I wanted. He finally cancelled and the food showed up. We gave it to he driver he was appreciative. The delivery cost and mandatory tip was rediculus. Do not use grub hub. By the way we were ordering from Taco Bell.
Everytime I made an order it would be blocked. I talked with the customer support and apparently using a gift card is suspicious? And they need to "investigate" before I can make any order. So now I can't order nor use my gift card. Worst experience ever. To order food, you need to be audited first. What a world
I HAVE NOT HAD ONE GOOD DELIVERY FROM GRUB HUB IN OVER A MONTH. SOMETHING IS ALWAYS MISSING, THE DRIVER KEEPS THE CANCRLED ORDER FOR THEMSELVES. LAST NIGHT A DRIVER TOLD ME HE HAD 4 CANCELED ORDERS IN HIS CAR, THAT IT WAS TOO MUCH FOOD FOR HIM TO KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH. SO EVEN AFTER THEY KNOW ITS CANCELED. THEY PICK IT UP AND KEEP IT. HE TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY HIM FOR FOOD THAT WAS FREE FOR HIM TO KEEP! WTF?! WITH SO MANY PEOPLE OUT OF WORK BC OF COVID19 YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TRY TO BE UNDERSTANDING. NOPE. CHARGE YOU FOR THE ORDER. CANCEL THE ORDER. YOU WON'T GET YOUR REFUND FOR 5 BUSINESS DAYS. COOL IT'S SATURDAY AND YA GIRLS POOR RN. THANKS, I CAN WAIT FOR MY 50 BUCKS TO BE RETURNED THURSDAY! For my order. I was then notified my driver was on the way. They delivered it to my door (in the rain I am handicapped) and she was so pleasant. Great experience for 1 St time use! Thank you so much to my Driver!
The Grubhub App is very easy to use. The costumer service people very nice and professional. Just wish the drivers the hired actually got the food at the original estimated delivery time instead of pushing the drop off time back two or three times. Food comes cold most of the time because of this. For the extra money you pay for the convenience of more leaving your house it would still be nice to eat a hot meal. Happens 4 out of 5 times of ordering. Other companies I've used hasn't given me as much issues. Just disappointed bc the company itself is great

Ordered the dinner thought Grubhub. After waiting for more the n40 minutes, the drivers texted me that the order has been cancelled.
Driver picked up order an hour and a half before coming over. He was making other trips. No accountability and customer service is crap. On top of that I couldn't undo the "pre-tip". Garbage company hiring garbage drivers
I gave them 2 chances to make it right. Tonight I was sitting outside for an hour waiting on my order. I get a text saying my order was delivered. They tried to blame it on me. Saying the driver knocked on the door and left my food. I was outside the entire time. I will never use grubhub again. They are not customer friendly.
I ordered Wendy's from grubhub. It took almost two hours, according to tracking, it was in the driver's car for almost an hour. The good was soggy and old tasting. My food total was 22 dollars I added a 20 percent tip and my bill ended up 44 dollars. RIP off. If you're going to charge that kind of delivery fee at least get food delivered fresh. I will never order from them again.
