I will not order from any business that uses grub hub to deliver. I'm actually calling some of the restaurants I frequent and letting them know I won't even eat within their establishments until they discontinue business with grub hub entirely.

Food was awful, the guy who delivered it looked like a hobo who crawled out of a dumpster. The food was total slip. Deleting this app, these people should be ashamed.
I'm done with GrubHub until a new CEO is found and apologizes for his comments concerning supporters of Donald Trump. I believe corporations should be as apolitical as possible -- which is one reason I voted the way I did. And so I won't tolerate (or support) being shamed by someone who doesn't know a single thing about me.
I'll have nothing to do with GrubHub until they have a new CEO.
Matt Maloney, the company CEO, fired me after learning of my undocumented status. Later, as I was collecting my belongings from my office in a box he walked by and said "you lazy beaners are destroying my country, you have to go back." I was in disbelief. Do not support this company.

I've used this a coupe of times and it wasn't exactly great (two stars maybe), but now the democracy-hating statements of the CEO have given me plenty a reason to boycott it entirely. It won't be a loss. If you want to be an a*shole, try providing a service that's actually hard to give up. This sure isn't.

The CEO of this disgusting company (Matt Maloney) thinks it's ok to bully certain employees into resigning based on their political beliefs. He unethically and arrogantly asked conservative employees to resign via email if they disagreed with his political opinions. Hopefully the complaints to the EEOC are already underway by current employees. Based on such pathetic and infantile behavior, the ONLY resignation this company should see is Matt Maloney's. Stay far away from this train wreck operation and dump all stock like I did before the wave of boycotters fully impact the price. They're down 4.8% already and headed for the bottom folks. Took forever, serviceman was rude and he tried to take upskirt pic of my wife. Also heard the CEO is a HUGE schlongfan and all around sissy boy. 0/10 never again.
We tried these. Guys several times, and we are going to use.our local guys. Incapable of transmitting a correct order or being on time. Rude employees. This is food delivery, it shoukd not be this difficult
This company is a disgrace. Yet another hypocritical, self righteous business that thinks it's their responsibility to control what opinions other people are allowed to have, constitutional rights be damned. Thankfully for the free world, we have control over where we spend our money and GrubHub is the LAST place many of us will choose to exercise that choice.

Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.
