I love this company! I've been buying from them for several months now. The products are wonderful. Smell great and clean good. Plus all natural which I love. Customer service is wonderful. A few of my orders have been wrong but they have corrected this each time without any problem. I do watch my orders closely as whoever packages it does not really pay attention or miss items but I do that with everything I order. I check the auto ship each month as there are times I don't want or need some items. Plus I want to make sure I get the scents I like. I guess this would be the only downfall. I will keep ordering from them for a long time despite the minor issues. I also love the free stuff that I get once and a while.
I absolutely love Grove. He's so convenient! I'm so glad I took the jump. I was skeptical at first but seeing reviews on YouTube from small and large influencers is what helped me make the jump. I'm highly satisfied. I've ordered a few times already now.
I love Grove and the products it offers. They have everything for my household! All of my everyday needs are just clicks away! I would not be able to run a functional home with out Groves. No more rushing through the stores trying to look for organic friendly products, they're all on groves.
Tried to edit my cart, as they showed 18 items. I only wanted 4/5. Trying to adjust it caused a double order being placed. There is apparently no live people to talk to, and trying to find out where to send concerns/complaints is hard to do. Many of the spray bottles do not work, and the paper products are poor quality.
I tried Grove after my daughter told me about it and I saw an Ad on Facebook. It took 5 weeks to receive and when I did receive it, 2 of my bottles of cleaner had broken and spilled out all over everything. They wouldn't ship replacements, offered a refund for one of the items, $8.00, but said I got the other one free. My whole shipment was spilled and covered in a mess. Highly dissatisfied with Grove.

I love everything about this company. I received my order within 4 days, everything was packaged beautifully. The cleaners work very well without all the chemicals and plastic waste. Their website is very user friendly. You can add or cancel items and subscriptions very easily.
I am a huge fan of Grove. The products are great, the customer service is fast and they are always willing to offer refunds or resolution if you have any problems. If you are a premium member you get free shipping on every order ($20 a year) plus you will get free gifts through out the year, which has more than paid for any membership fees. I don't know what all the negative reviews are about here, honestly. Yes, they offer auto-shipments that you can literally just opt out of. I have never had any shipping problems and have literally gotten some of the best customer support that I have ever received from this company.

I received an email today charging my PayPal account for $68.35. I did not order anything from them and after talking to a supervisor, Anthony, I was very disappointed to a point where I cancelled my membership. He agreed that it was an error on their part and apologize 10 times but there was nothing he could do unless I agree to receive the shipment and take it down to UPS to return it and until I do that they will not credit my account for $68.35. I was not on auto ship and Anthony verified that. He does not know how this happened. Quite frankly, I have seen the products I like at Rite Aid and in other stores. I now understand why their ratings are so poor.

I had cancelled my subscription and months later I get hit with another fee. Do no sign up for this service because they will continue charging you even once you have gone through and cancelled everything.
I tried Grove when I was running out of laundry detergent from Dropps. I was really excited to try the Grove laundry soap sheets. To my massive disappointment, almost everything in the welcome kit I received was in a plastic package (laundry pods), a plastic bottle (toilet cleaner, multi surface cleaner), and the sponge and caddy had a very unnecessary sheet of plastic draped around it. I will never order grove again. You cannot claim to be plastic free when more than half of your items were drenched in plastic. As someone who has not purchased single use plastics in years, this was a great disappointment.

This is a very dishonest and terrible business. No where when i made a purchase did it say it was going to bill me monthly. I would of never ordered if i known i was going to get billed monthly. It was hidden so well i had no idea.
Not only that but the service was terrible. One of the bottles broke during shipping and leaked all over everything. When i contacted customer service I didn't even get a reply.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS SITE! Trust me it's not work the headache. Also most of their products are stuff you can buy in your local Target and Walmart. They just resell other merchants products. Disgraceful website

I could not say enough good things. They were so communicative about my orders, suggested different products for me to try (I left a 4 star review because I didn't like one aspect of a product and their suggestion included a product that fixed that one small problem). Grove has been for about two years already where I get all my essential items. It's my one stop shop for natural products for my home. They have great products and great customer service and I have never had a single issue with them. Now during the pandemic they have been even more helpful to me then ever by being a place I could always rely on for my essential needs even during these times. There determination to keep the store as stocked as possible during a pandemic has been truly amazing. 20$ a year to be VIP is nothing compared to the great service you are receiving.
Their products are unique, all natural and well made. So far I've ordered:
-European paper towels=reusable mini towel squares (pop in dishwasher to wash them) Love these!
-Grove Co. Glass and all purpose concentrates=affordable, smell great, all natural
*Meyers laundry soap=I kid you not, this stuff cleans better than Tide and Persil! My skin doesn't itch or twitch after using this, like it used to
*Bobble Soap Brush and dispenser=awesome scrubber with perfect size brush and trendy design
*Glass spray bottles x2= perfect size, wel designed, superb for the concentrates
Customer service is great, quick and attentive. Even during the pandemic the box was here in less than a week. Lots of good freebies. I used most of these brands prior to the box because they are great quality. I love their scents.

I intended to order three items from this website I did not understand why they had a dozen items in my cart that they were suggesting was free it was not evident that I was subscribing to a variety of different services and that ultimately they would actually charge me for these items for some reason which I never figured out either. I did after getting the confirmation email go back and unsubscribe me from everything and remove all of my credit card information which I actually did not know they were storing and also I had to actually fill out a form in order to remove it. They put all this stuff in your cart and it's up to you to opt out of it and it really isn't very clear I do a lot of online shopping and this is never happened to me. So they shipped me this list of things and then build me for it as well even though it was listed as free in my cart. I will not do business with this company because this practice is really bad they acted like it should be obvious that I was subscribing but it really was not because I would not subscribe and I am did not understand what was happening in that cart
Each month I look forward to receiving my Grove products. The cleaning and home products lift my spirits. At first, I didn't think I needed the products and they seemed more like little luxury items to me. But I have been using them so much that I've run out and reordered. I even see my husband grabbing the bottle of cleaning spray sometimes. When I've had problems, the Team at Grove solve the problem immediately and take care of me like they truly care about me. I am so grateful to have found Grove, because I discovered their tree-free bamboo toilet paper and paper towels and haven't gone back to regular paper products since then. What else can I say about this wonderful company? Lots, but I probably don't have room here to write it all, and it's a company you just have to discover for yourself.

Purchased a large order from Grove and it came to me busted. The multi-surface spray I had gotten free with my large purchase had emptied out into the box all over my items. I called to get another one sent to me and the guy I spoke to said I had to make another purchase if I wanted to get a replacement?! Like what the heck? I already spent a lot of money to get that item free, I'm not going to spend more! Especially after this experience.
It's not a big deal, and it's not the worst thing that can happen, but it's terrible customer service and I think they need to be called out on that.

I have been using Grove mainly for cleaning products so far, and several of them have arrived with their own glass spray bottles. All the products I've used are very effective, Earth-friendly, and smell wonderful. Sneakily charged my credit card years after I cancelled my service. They didn't ship me anything so I wasn't aware until doing a review of my credit card charges. I called to ask for a refund but they refused. DISHONEST company with DISHONEST practices. Don't give them your credit card!
