I have been an Ideel customer for several years. They used to be a good company, but their service has gotten so bad, I suspect they are about to close their doors. I made sure all the items in my last purchase were returnable. I knew I only had 2 weeks to return items, but turns out it is two weeks from THEIR ship date. I have had the items in my hot little hands for eight days. One item was a gift that the birthday girl needs in a different size, I jumped on the site to get a return started and guess what... they shipped it 15 days ago. The items are no longer eligible for return. Seriously?
Check out their new return policy, all items for return must be dated before the 10th of January. That tells me they are about to go out of business. Don't order anything from Ideel unless you like gambling...
I have ordered over 30 things from groupon using the Groupon app on my phone. I will say I might be addicted to the site. I have not had any issue with anything I have ordered. I have ordered watches, water bottles, sheets, towels, usb cords for android phones, phone cases and many more things. It does take a while sometimes for orders to arrive but the site tell you that is usually takes 2 weeks for items to even ship out so it is no surprise that it takes long.
Horrible! Not only it takes them 1 month to ship anything! Their shoes came with no box, NO BOX for $100+ shoes, and their accessories came in a paper bag, all the clothing color is off, you can spend the same amount of money to get nicely packaged and fast ship items from Myhabit, Hautelook or Rue la la, will never buy again!
Well I ordered a wallet it's in transit. Then ordered a 6 pack bra's. Well the company that were to send my bra's never sent them instead they took all my money out of my account. Groupon did nothing and the company never returned my email.My bank is taking action now. Stay Far away from this Groupon. They will rob you blind hidden fees and shipping isnt free either..
I ordered a matching kitchen set and they sent items in different colours. After 6 weeks they are still unable to tell me when I get my money refunded or when they can collect them! They don't want to send me what I've ordered and it's cost me over £100!

Do not buy anything from groupon goods. They are scam artists. Everything is made in China, and most of it is counterfeit. I bought a flatiron for $50, as it was advertised to be worth much more. How foolish of me. When it arrived I could tell it was cheap garbage. It didn't even have a temperature setting on it. You get what you pay for.

I always check my email to see good deals! It's like a daily routine! I bought something and for a technical issue it was duplicated. I contacted the Customer Service team with non immediate response but I must say that they solved my issue and I had a very good experience. Recommended!
In the past I have made several purchases. If the item wasn't up to my standards, I could return for refund or credit (even if the item was listed as not returnable). Now, I can't get any customer service even though they guarantee a response in 24 hours. I will never buy fro them again. There is no phone number, there isn't customer service at all!
I purchased Bluetooth headphones from them. They were not cheap. I Paid good money for the product to only last 3 months. They will not stand behind the product nor assist in dealing with the manufacturing company. I feel that since they advertised them and they received the money for them that they should do everything reasonably possible to resolve this issue, not get a generic email basically saying " to bad, so sad, your screwed!"
Groupon is a serious embarrassment for America. In addition to offering the worst customer service imaginable, their policy provides no refunds, no control of your own money in the account wallet, and even takes your money without your consent.

Answers to questions seem to be answered by a computer instead of a live human! Also I'm not satisfied with the illustration that your getting a better deal through Groupon 20 instead of 45! I paid the twenty spent two days trying to get my new Sam's card, only to find out, the small print says I must be 6months expired to get the deal! Why did you give me a voucher in the first place? Wait I know you wanted to lock me in with a refund I have to spend with you. Tell people upfront about the 6month expiration clause!
How long does it take to just to SHIP a cell phone case?... Apparently 7 days... Then on top of that gotta wait "5-7" more business days just for it to get here. Assuming that's going to be more like a week and a half or more... Good deals; $#*!ty shipping service
Some of my best on line shopping experiences are through Groupon. And when there's a question or a problem, you get to talk to real live American. And they bend over backwards to help solve any problems or to answer your questions. And the deals are GREAT, and so is the quality.
Be careful ya'll... purchased a Groupon in November. I have called the merchant numerous times to try to schedule as required in fine print. They have only called me back one time out of the many times I have called. I cannot get an appointment as they keep telling me the doctor is in another state and not available. I asked Groupon for a refund or credit for this and they refuse to help.
I used to shop on ideeli all the time, but over the past year or so have stayed away and gone to other flash sale sites that are more consistent with the quality of merchandise and customer service. Now my most recent experience reminds me why I stayed away from this site. I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and waited patiently for it to ship. Meanwhile, I saw sales for similar jackets elsewhere (online and in stores) but didn't purchase them because I was waiting to receive this one. I get an email saying that due to a computer error, they were out of stock and couldn't complete my order. Now 2 weeks later, I see the same jacket in the same size being offered for sale, but it's sold out by the time I see it. If they had it in stock, why didn't they send me my order? I am beyond pissed by their lack of customer service and their so-called computer errors.

I love Ideeli. They have great deals on items I actually want. I haven't had to return anything yet, so I don't know how that works. I'm very careful of what I buy online because it's always a hassle trying to return it, what with the shipping and all.
They're customer service seems good to me. I ordered a 10 dollar pair of sandals once, and I got an email about a week later informing me that the manufacturer had not delivered those sandals. It wasn't a big deal, but they refunded my money and gave me a $25 credit. I've ordered many items from them, and this has only happened once.
My only criticism is that they do tend to take a long time to ship. Not a problem usually, but don't try to but a new pair of shoes for an even next week or something. You will almost certainly not receive them in time.

Sometimes the restaurants go out of Groupon service and then u can't use your Groupon with them, often seems to happen with my favorite places. There are too many rules or regulations to follow. You might go to use it and the restaurant might say it's only for an appetizer or a full meal or during a certain time or day - too much hassle. If they got out those kinks up front when people buy Groupon, and not after, it would be better to use.
Purchased iron, didnt work, i told them i had no collect + in my area and asked them if there was another option of sending it back, they said no, so basically id have to send it back by post which was going to cost me €36, ended up throwing it in the bin, not worth the hassle, stay well away from them.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
