I had 14 Groupon bucks credit. I was told they never expire. Went to use them and was told expired week before. Groupon will never get another dollar from me or even any off my business
I was excited to received this "wonderful deal" l bought 4 of them for $10 each, they sent me 4 miniature pairs of earrings that may be worth $0.25 each. Totally disappointed, l went to their website to start the return because they are offering FREE RETURNS when you buy it, but when l tried to return them they said that it was a FINAL SALE!... What a joke! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
I joined this website last week and when i tried to purchase something was told my address did not match the address on my credit card which is not true. I figured it was just a glitch in the system and never bought anything. Imagine my surprise when I had 20 $1 transactions to my card for no reason. I tried calling their "customer service" line which told me due to the "Holidays" (It is almost March - they must have a huge St. Patricks Day crowd) they have a high call volume and I got transefered to a voicemail telling me to try their live chat. This is the live chat I already tried and when I brought up my issue was disconnected and no can not re-connect using my name and e-mail. So I made up a name and e-mail shcockinly got through but was kept waiting for over oh wait I am still waiting 20 minutes later. So considering I have never used this site and I have still been charged I don't plan on ever using this site.
I purchased a Groupon deal for Peachy Parking in Atlanta. When I tried to use it, Peachy said we are not taking Groupons. I'm trying to get a refund from Groupon, but they won't answer chat, they have no phone support, & I have not received satisfaction from the email I sent. What a RIPOFF. Stay away from Groupon and Peachy Parking.
I'm what you call a Groupon junky. I buy A LOT of coupons and try out a variety of different business at a heavily discounted rate. I have to say that predominately my experiences have been very positive. The only negative experience that I had has been with one hair stylist (I don't remember the name) who simply refused to honour the coupon for a manicure that was included in the price so I was forced to get a refund. The refund process was painless, I email Groupon customer service and explained to them the situation and they immediately refunded the full amount on my credit card. It was as simple as that. More recently, I purchased a Groupon for fitness classes and I had a blast. For $20, I got 30 classes and an opportunity to try a bunch of studios using one pass. Thank you Groupon and MetaBody! I have tried out other deal sites and I have to say that I had problems with a few of them, because they don't properly screen their merchants and the refund process was none existent as they simply gave me the runaround until I threatened to contact my credit card company. Overall, I give Groupon 4 stars! I would have given it 5 stars, had it not been for that one experience I had with the hairdresser.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES OVER 10 DAYS AGO & WENT TO TRACK IT SINCE I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING AND IT SAYS "AWAITING FULFILLMENT" I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE & I WAS GIVEN THE RUNAROUND... I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO "WAIT THE 12 DAYS NOTED ON THE FINE PRINT"... THIS IS RIDICULOUS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GROUPON! THEY SUCK.
DO NOT a purchase anything from here. They take ur money then tell you it didn't go thru, they did it to me twice! And keep telling me they never took my money! I have not received a penny back yet!
Ideeli is unreliable and extremely shady. You never know if you will actually get what you pay for. A month ago I ordered several things that arrived at my doorstep 3 weeks later. When I finally got the package, I discovered that they sent me the wrong item and yet it was labeled correctly with the correct description. While I know mistakes happen, this really bothered me because it seemed extremely shady. First of all, why did I receive a random item that I didn't order instead of the dress that I paid for? And why was the LABEL correct? It's like someone intentionally did that hoping maybe I'd forget about it or something.
Afterwards I contacted customer service expressing my frustration, and she said that the item was out of stock. Hold on - they had THREE WEEKS to let me know this. Instead, they send me a DIFFERENT item with the correct LABEL, so maybe someone should have known that maybe these two thing don't match? I could think of so many other business practices that would have been better than what ideeli did.
I had $39.99 in store credit from a previous purchase which I returned, opting for the store credit instead because I planned to use it in the future. However, after this incidence, I asked customer service to fully refund that credit now that I am never buying anything from this site again. However, they instead decided to give me the refund with return shipping deducted, essentially stealing more of my money.
I've purchased with no issues in the past but I have literally stopped going on the site completely ever since this problem. I am not going to let ideeli steal my money again.

One of the reasons we can offer such low prices is because we keep very little inventory. This means we receive products directly from the vendor and why we may be unable to let you know right away if an item is out of stock. Additionally, if the product was available for sale on the site again within that time, it is possible it sold out then.
I'm sorry for the confusion around our Return Policy. We offer 2 return options: You may choose to receive either a store credit for the purchase price of the item and free return shipping, or a refund in your original form of payment minus a $7.95 return shipping charge. However, please know that you will not be charged the $7.95 return shipping fee when sending back the wrong item you received.

We now use Groupon for a TON of things, and next we are going to use their travel deals to Europe.
It is crazy great how many good deals we have gotten on GROUPON. It almost makes you feel like you are taking advantage of the vendors...
I HIGHLY & TOTALLY RECOMMEND GROUPON as your FIRST 'go to' for anything, and I mean anything.
And BTW, their customer service is great too, so if you have a problem, they actually DO FIX IT, and QUICKLY
I purchased Pure Collagen Instant Face-Lift Serum on 3/6/2012. I still have not received the order. I have contacted their customer service multiple times and my purchase did not get mailed out until a little over a week ago. I was provided with a USPS tracking number that does not work and all I got from Groupon customer service was "call USPS and see where your package is". My package is MONTH and A HALF late.
Hi I recently bought a long term parking with Groupon at the page 10-Day Parking Pass at
JFK Airport, don't buy it. I spent like 1 hour this place doesn't exist. Almost lost my flight.
Let me first say that I have been a customer of ideeli/ideel for at least 4 years, and have only had occasion to contact customer service since they changed to ideel. Since then the ordering and shipping policies have changed for the much, much worse. The merchandise is cute and well-priced but if you have even a tiny problem with your order, do not expect any help at all. I am currently trying to change the shipping address on my package (of over $250 of items) because paypal provided an old address. The items have not shipped out yet, and absolutely no one at ideel customer service will even attempt to help me with the problem! I am going to be charged for these items and they are going to ship them to an address they are well aware is not mine because they are not willing to change the address after my order is placed! This is pure insanity... they will lose their merchandise, any money they would have made after I recoup from my credit card, and finally my business. I just don't understand a company that is willing to operate like this.

Since your previous address was used in PayPal, and previously on Ideel, it defaulted to that address and I'm really sorry about that inconvenience. The reason the representatives couldn't make the requested change was because the item was in our fulfillment center with the shipping label created waiting to be picked up by UPS. I know that the supervisor you spoke with was able to make this change since the package shipped out UPS ground, as it was over 10 lbs. If you check the tracking now you'll see that she was able to request the address change and UPS is processing the shipment to go to your current address and not the previous one.
To prevent this from happening, please make sure to check the order confirmation email within 2 hours of placing the order. During that timeframe the address can be changed through your account or a member of our customer service team can assist with this through Live Chat. So far so good. I haven't had any issues with vouchers or buying deals. This site and Livingsocial are so far my two favorite deal sites! Keep it up Groupon.
Horrible! Charged multiple times- Im having to go thru my bank to get the money back, etc. Never again! No one will email me etc. First time last time customer!
50 % of the stuff i am buying from group on are absolutely rubbish and i end up paying more money than i am saving... obviously groupon does nothing about it!
Horrible customer service, pretentious, judgemental, some of the worst I have experienced from a large company. I tried to contact repeatedly to resolve, no response. I will never buy again.
Groupon has the best deals in everything from restaurants, spas, events, clothes, goods & simply everything at discounts that are usually at least 50% off so you can't beat that!?:-)
If you need something with better price, and do not mind other people, it's great.
Frequently I use Groupon with my friends and my girl, in many countries, formula works:-)
I have never had a problem with any Groupon order. They are easy to order from and the selection of products and services is vast. Shipping is pretty quick too.
I love designer brands and the company sends me an email about designer brands for really cheap. Keep in mind Ive NEVER heard of this company. I click on the email then immediately unsubscribe because the seemed fishy at my first glance. Then I google reviews on Ideel and thank God I did because companies like this should be illegal. PLEASE STOP SENDING PEOPLE EMAIL WITHOUT PERMISSION!

Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes, report it but using social media is a very effective way to get a companies attention. Spread the word, Groupon does not honor returns!
Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.

I reached out via your private message and I apologize for any confusion regarding the check out. Each time a member checkout a temporary test transaction of $1 which is removed within a day is pinged on the account to check and see if the address provided matches the one that the bank has on file. Unfortunately repeatedly trying over and over again causes additional temporary $1 transactions.
