Very satisfied with the assortment of flavors. The amount of food per packet is just right. My boxes always arrive on time, the packaging is always clean, and I have not had any trouble with billing. Ordering additional boxes is easy. I appreciate the detailed description of each food item. It works for me because my husband is lactose intolerant and suffers from food allergies so when I order snacks I have no doubt of what to order.
The snacks are very tasty and always hit the spot when I need a treat. I pack them with me when I go to client sites or trips in the car. The only thing I wish could be different is the plastic containers. It would be great if they were compostable.
These premeasured snacks are great to grab and throw in my purse. It keeps me from going through a drive-thru and they are fresh on demand. No bags of snacks to go stale. Best of all, they are healthy! I keep several in the car and one in my purse. In the long run, it saves me money and calories!

I like to have healthy snacks on hand every week, but I get tired of eating the same thing. I got a free offer to try Graze, and decided why not. They have an easy to use rating system that allows you to rate the snacks that you loved, liked, or hated. That helps them curate a box with the snacks that you like. My favorite this about Graze is the variety that they offer. I would definitely recommend Graze to a friend.
I don't care for the email based customer service. I feel like conflict resolution would be better facilitated by a phone conversation.
For being an up and coming company their customer service is mediocre. Maybe Amazon has just spoiled me, but I expected more.
I find the user interface underwhelming too. If I pick a subcategory of snacks but change my mind, I have to re-enter all my preferences. That is miserably time consuming especially considering you want me to rate every delivery.
I'm trying to get through prepping for a professional exam. I will be parting with the service once I have more time to devote to nutrition after the exam.
Having fun trying different combinations of foods that I would never think of putting together. The variety you get in a box, compounded with decent prices(same as what you would pay for a snack 'bar', or less) makes it a no-brained in my book.
Though some snacks are hit and miss, for the most part they are delicious. I love the ability to rate snacks based on how often you want them sent, and the ability to discard snacks by dietary preference.
I'd also like to say that one week I didn't receive my box and when I finally reached out to graze after receiving the next week's box, I received a prompt apology and my account was credited back the money for the missing box. Even when I reached out a few days later (the missing box showed up two days after I reported it), they merely thanked me for letting them know and still didn't charge me. This type of customer service was wonderful to deal with and I have recommenced graze to all my friends.
These little plastic containers filled with the good stuff from Graze are a wonder to behold, open, and eat. Best darn snacks since peanut butter. I will probably stay with Graze for a long time or until I can't eat anymore.

The idea of a healthy snack is awesome. Selection is vast. I'm picky so my field of choice is limited by my own quirks. First few boxes were really cool surprises but last two I didn't open and when I did I have most away. I've recommended and given out coupons cause it's an awesome premise but I donnthrhink it's working for me
I enjoy graze because of the variety, size and healthiness of the snacks. Also, because of the packaging of each individual snack they are easy to toss into a backpack, purse, etc. in order to carry a snack that won't get crushed, etc. I used the snacks a lot during ski season during quick breaks. They satisfied my appetite and I knew I was eating something healthy to give me energy!

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
