I love graze! The multi-packs are nice for variety. I like getting the bulk items because they are always fresh & affordable!
There hasn't been any that I did not like. So far, I'm truly impressed and have been enjoying a different snack daily. This Graze thing is a terrific idea, and seems to be big hit. I've turned on some of the parents I work with to give Graze a try as a nutritional snack for their kids.
I initially tried graze after receiving a coupon for a free sample box. After receiving the box I was curious about the other snacks they had so I decided to try some of the full size boxes. I have enjoyed each snack I have gotten so far and love that I can "rate" the snacks online so I won't get sent something I won't eat. Would recommend graze to anyone. 5 stars!

I love 99% of all the snacks I have received and even order extra snacks monthly from Graze shop. I have had only had to contact customer service twice through email and each time received a response the same day with a resolution to my issue.

I ordered graze snacks for my mother and father in-law for a Christmas gift. Your website is easy to use and make changes when u want to.
I went from a huge fan of Graze to hating them, thanks to their horrible customer support. I sent 10 boxes as gifts to some people because I loved Graze. A few weeks later I didn't hear a word from anyone, and I found out Graze didn't tell them who the gift was from! When I contacted support they could not have cared less about fixing it or even improving their process. They pretty much told me it was my fault, and refused to escalate the issue. You would think someone who just sent 10 gift boxes would be more valued. Good job turning a subscriber and fan into an enemy!
Their driedup "snacks" are disgusting, i tried them once. They billed my card for boxes i didnt order and refuse to do a refund knowing i never got the items (cause i didnt order them)
Some snacks are really enjoyable but others are potential teeth breakers that I had already indicated in the first survey that I did not want to receive.
The low calorie box in particular is disappointing.
Some days I want to cancel the service but then I enjoy the cinnamon dip pretzels and the cherry almond bites so I put it off. It's not clear to me how to pick the snacks I want and how to avoid getting the kettlecorn kern pops among others
Graze snacks are definitely a hit in my household! The abundant combinations of flavorful snacks keeps everybody happy and healthy. Perfectly sized, no mess to clean, eco-friendly packaging, they've thought of everything!
So I got Graze on a whim. With no intention of keeping the membership. I do wish it was a little cheaper. But it's so damn convent to throw on of those little packs in a backpack or purse. They help keep the hangry monster asleep. And the share size packs are perfect for hiking with my husband(who ate a whole bag of jelly donut by himself in one sitting once. Lol) everything taste amazing and the changing variety is awesome.
Graze has an excellent combination/mixed of a snack that's healthy. I used to eat a lot of chips n junk food as we say it but now I found the right snack with the right portion for me everyday I can pick a variety of what I craved for each day coz Graze has it all. Thank you Graze for a delicious and satisfying snack. Will continue my membership and order. It became a healthy habit for now. I 100% recommend it for myself and my Kids too

I love my graze snacks! They are fresh, they taste splendid, are good for me, have great varieties, are convenient and did I mention taste awesome?! I contacted customer service once by email and received a response in less than a day with the situation resolved and taken care of! I appreciate the ease in ordering on-line and receive suggestions for new snacks or I can change the frequency of my shipments.
I enjoy Graze and that I don't have to think about the delivery but that it just arrives in my mailbox!
I have referred Graze to several of my friends... we love the portion controlled boxes. The peach drops and rhubarb is so good... and I never cared for the taste of rhubarb until I tried it at Graze!

The selections I have chosen for the most part have been pretty tasty. What i really enjoy is the ease of having a snack I can pick up and toss in my purse for at work. Quick and easy my type of thing.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now.
