I love Graze snacks and the variety they offer, but I find that rating the snacks is so cumbersome on the website. Is there any way to make that process easier?
The snacks are delicious and perfectly packaged to grab and go! I love how easy it is to customize the snack preferences. The only problem I have encountered was with lost packages, but the customer service is incredible-it was easy to report and the response was quick and painless. We only pay for the snacks we actually receive! Love Graze and have recommended this company to many people!
I've been using graze for months and really love it. I get interesting snacks ranging from comfortable favorites to exotic new foods I've never tried. All conveniently packaged and delivered. :). This has saved me quite a bit of money at the grocery store by cutting down on my impulse food buys!
I love the Graze products so much. They are balanced and healthy, satisfying and scrumptious! :) Plus, as a vegan, I don't have to read every single ingredient because Graze makes the effort to never send me food that's on my taboo list.

I love getting the monthly boxes and share various packages with my coworkers. I just wish there was a way to order single items regularly of the items loved.
It's the best choice I have made no need to go out and buy grains, nuts, etc hone delivery the best.
I LOVE all my graze boxes, espeically now that I go on and personalize them. But the Flapjack are the BEST after a lifting session, long training run (I'm a marathoner) or training athletes as a healthy pick me up.

I absolutely love graze! Perfect portions, adorable packaging, and the all important jealousy factor when it arrives at my office - everyone wants to see what's inside! Everything is always fresh and tasty.
I enjoy the variety of snacks that come in my Graze box, and I'm very glad that I can get the healthy option, so I'm snacking smartly. I would like an ability to trash or like categories of snacks. I can say "trash" to specific examples of kinds I don't like (such as Kern Pops -- too hard to chew) but I still get them in my box when they are in a new flavor.
I joined Graze on a recommendation from a friend a few months ago. I have been very happy with the service, ease of the website, and the snacks! I like being able to rate the snacks so i can get them sent more and more, and I like trying new things!
Easy to use website and helpful customer service reps when you experience an issue. I also appreciate the referral program, since when someone receives a graze box, everyone in the office wants to know what it is and how they can get their own.
I generally like the snacks I receive in my graze box. There are often times that I want more of the same snack, but there is not a way to order them. I know there is the sharing box, but some of the snacks I really like are not available in the sharing size. I would also like the opportunity to customize my box and pick my own snacks. I have been getting varieties where there are snacks that are less than appetizing. Overall, satisfied with the experience and cost.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now.
