I enjoy getting the boxes every couple of weeks. The variety is nice and you can taylor it to your personal tastes.
I'm enjoying Graze, but I'm finding myself disappointed that I'm not getting more of the things I've marked as "love" in my packages each week. I'd love to see that change... I've found myself looking in supermarkets to find things that are similar, and if I find enough, who needs Graze? BUT if Graze just sent me more of my faves, I wouldn't have to do this.
It is really nice to receive a "surprise" every 3 - 4 weeks. You never know what will be in the box - but it is mostly good
I enjoy the variety of gluten free options. I preferred the 4 count box, not getting forced into the 8 count snack box. It's nice to have the healthy alternative for snacking at the office.
I have a hard time getting my meals in at regular intervals. I love that Graze snacks are small and portable. They area also delicious. You won't find these treats in any store. Whoever creates the flavors is a genius!

I really like the way each box is a surprise. Never know exactly what is coming. I also like the fact that graze pays attention to how I rate the snacks and removes those I do not like from the rotation. I was afraid when I got my first box that the snack size was too small but have discovered that they are just right! I am a fan!
I really enjoy graze snacks, especially the flapjacks. I love the quality ingredients (for the most part). But it is frustrating that I can't choose what I want to receive. I am allergic to many of the ingredients used, so I am limited in which snacks I can try. I have looked at the sharing boxes, but there are never enough snacks that I can actually eat to make up a box. If I could order certain varieties of snacks at my choice, that would be great.

I love my graze boxes! Great snacks every month and not too expensive.
I've had some issues with shipping that have been frustrating. Also, the oat bars are my favorite and I can't order those in the built packages like the other snacks. I also feel that many of the snacks are very redundant, some ingredients feel stale or flavorless like the marshmallows or crackers.
I have nothing but positive vibes when think of or dealing with Graze.com as a whole. The website is well mapped out and the customer service is superb.
With Graze, I don't have to stand in a grocery store reading labels and figuring out how much I can have to eat. Graze takes all the worries from that. Hats Off to Graze!
These are very good for quick snacks. Only reason I don't give the site 5 stars is there are certain snacks I don't like so I chose not to receive them anymore but I keep getting them. I'm working with graze to fix the issue. Other than that I live the snacks.
The snacks overall are interesting and fun and like that it has different variety. They send you things and you can favorite ones you really like. Something new in each box though. Over all the experience it great and I found out about graze on spotify lol. Only thing is shipping can take longer sometimes but its not too bad.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

Thanks for using our service this lovely way:) Snack preferences are entered when logged in, so if you provide your niece with the email and password combination you entered, that will grant her access to this. You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. This is definitely something we'd love to work on in future, so that more and more folks can spread the love with graze!
