My experience with Graze has been very positive. For the most part I enjoy the fact that I can rate my snacks and in turn receive graze boxes that are tailored to my taste. There have been a couple of months where I received repeat snacks that were not my favorites but I'm thinking that this is something that may sort itself out after I've received more snacks and have more ratings available to create my boxes. Overall a great experience!
I've been a Graze subscriber for 6-8 months and every box has been as delightful as it is delicious! I take a few snacks into work, leave a few in my car and the rest travel with me as I jet-set the USA for work. Perfect little snack early morning or late afternoon in lieu of a calorie-filled Starbucks. :)

I love the snacks and just feel like with the numerous options available I shouldn't see as many repeating snacks. There are still some I haven't had a chance to try even though I have them selected and then there are others I've received over and over again and have to mark as trash just so I won't get them again and try something new.
I like that I can grab one packet and go to work. I snack all day on that one packet and know that I am not eating too many calories. Also every box is a surprise. Yes I have told you what I like, but I never know what I will get.
The service is fine, selections are okay but pretty similar and boring if you've been receiving the service for a while. A few hiccups here and there, but that is okay. Pretty high smart points counts if doing WW. In truth I'm on the fence about keeping the service.
I wish there were a little more in each plastic individual snack pack. I love that I can customize my order. The flapjacks are amazing!

Tasty, healthy, and fun products. Portion control great too! Slightly pricey, but I think it is worth it completely! Thank you also for allowing to push back boxes enabling me to still receive boxes when I have the funds.

Love getting the snacks - Sriracha Crunch one of my favorites especially for breakfast! I take them on flights to fill in the gaps between meals when traveling across country. Works well for before/after gym workouts and no time for a full meal.
Love all of the snacks, it is the perfect portion and great for on-the-go!
I really enjoy these snacks. They are easy to carry around and keeps me from hunger headaches when I'm doing a lot of running around. It also keeps me from eating stuff I really don't eat. My son loves the flapjacks. My daughter has tree nut allergies so she can't eat them. I let my friends and their kids est some and they enjoyed it as well. I am a student and I wish I could afford to order more often.
We have used this service for about a year to provide unusual and unique snacks for our kid's lunches. I was a little disappointed in the number of snacks with added sugars, but there was definitely some snacks we LOVE! I did contact customer service on two occasions and they were helpful in both cases. Overall, I wish the bag sizes were a little bigger and a few more snacks were available more natural ingredients but I am not dissatisfied with the program as a whole.
I like the variety and getting a fun package in the mail every couple of weeks. The snacks are healthier options and help me get through the work week.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now.
