I received a top from Goodnight Macaroon and it came with a hole in it. I requested a refund as I did not have time to wait for a replacement. I have yet to receive a response.

Clothes will not be made properly (stitching off, labels on wrong side of dresses, holes, VASTLY different sizes/inaccurate measurements). I will never order from here again. Honestly, worst experience and clothing order EVER. A $400+ order Came in a TINY crumpled up package that was duct taped all around to make it as small as possible and borderline impossible to open (it was a bag). Literally DONT. Coming from someone who orders online 99.9% of the time, this is a HARD NO.

Very shady company in my opinion. They gave me instructions on how to use my own money to return something with the understanding I would only get store credit, but then after it was returned, I cannot get a response from customer service regarding the credit. I have emailed at least 6 times!

I have never ever heard of this boutique online shop but I bought a beautiful taupe short-haired hat that was made from South America somewhere in Peru or Lima and it came from a seller on a different popular website for which I sell my items as I do on another and I've done well. This had come with an authentic Gucci headband on it that when asked, she didn't believe the headband was genuine but she didn't look because it's wound around the foxy hat, that wouldn't have taken anytime to look and there was the Gucci named care label as well as the Gucci Designer Tag sewn into the headband like I had seen on others when I had researched. She said, "She bought this hat w/ the Gucci Headband on the hat and was willing to sell it separately. I don't think she really cared that it was Gucci adorning this lovely hat but you wouldn't know that when you look at her exquisite closet of items and she sold it to me for an offer of $20 for a total of $29.65 S&H plus tax. I've never had a seller act so clueless, however she has it listed as a purchase from Goodnight Macaroon :)) ))))) I'm wearing this hat to an event to Chicago next week. I am going to send you a photo of this hat from my cellphone. I am currently on the desktop following this message. *Update* My photos no matter how I cropped them didn't satisfy the upload module so you'll just have to take my honest word for it. :)) ))))))))))

Goodnight Macaroon ARE SCAMMERS. I placed an order in April 2023, when it arrived the quality was TERRIBLE and it was missing some items from my order. I started a refund in May and followed all of their instructions, including paying for the shipping and sent them a copy of the receipt with tracking number. They replied saying they'd process the return and it would take 3-7 business days for the refund. I've never received a refund and they have ignored all emails since. They took back the merchandise, after not shipping the full order to begin with, and NEVER processed the refund. They stole $250.60 from me plus the $17.38 I spent to ship it back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I don't even want to give them 1 star but I have to, it won't allow me to put 0 stars. I ordered 3 items on 8/5/23 and none of the items fit. I contacted them many times but no one would respond. Terrible customer service or lack of customer service. Save yourself grief, don't place an order!

I have ordered and cancelled it after one day. Haven't received nothing no refund no item… nothing… do not order here!

Some items don't feature photos of the actual item, instead they say to either Whatsapp or email them for details. Trouble is, they don't respond to email requests in regards to the item in query. What's the point? If CS can't be bothered to answer when the company themselves say to email them - how will they respond to an issue with an order? Hard pass.

I received first response to 2 initial emails right away stating my package was lost and they would refund me. Have not gotten an email confirmation stating it was cancelled. Have already waited a month with the company holding my money and no product to show for it! Absolutely ridiculous! All I want is my order cancelled and them to refund my money it shouldn't be this hard

I don't even know where to start. HORRIBLE quality, 6 items (all damaged or stained or labels sewn on wrong or sizing AGGRESSIVELY off) crammed into the tiniest taped up ball that took forever to cut through because I didn't want to cut the clothing. Took ages to get here. NEVER expect anything refunded (sent pictures of stains, clothing description sizes with a measuring tape showing they're off, seems just pulled out everywhere) no refund. I ordered a dress in a medium and it could've fit 3 of me. I took a picture and sent them the measurements showing they're off, showing another dress from them in a medium, showing the dress being backwards with the label sewn on wrong, I could literally write a novel on everything that was horrific with them, and 0 refund, they found nothing wrong with anything, no help at all.

Literally do not buy ANYTHING from here. I was so excited cause the items looked cute on an influencer so I got like 10 things expecting good quality and all were GARBAGE.

I even messaged the influencer saying like "girl I love you, but this brand is god awful and I was so disappointed in the quality and everything after"… I've never seen her post a thing about them since….

I cannot emphasize enough how awful the quality of clothes were that I received. Thread color for stitching all over the place, awful stitching with weird horns on sweater shoulders, awkward lumping. Or just wrong color used in the middle of a sweater that looked like an attempt to fix a rip? Boots with rips, faulty zippers, everything is visibly glued on with glue showing everywhere

Ordered a dress in a medium that came as double the circumference size they had listed on the website (I measured). When I sent them the picture showing the measuring tape on the dress, their response was "we looked and don't see anything wrong". Label was glued on the wrong side of the dress and the fabric was like recycled cardboard

Takes weeks to hear anything back and they tell you to return the items. I tell them it was shipped in a crammed packed package that was literally wrapped I don't know how many times in tape to make 6 items for in a football sized package. It took FOREVER TO OPEN because I didn't know where I could cut without hitting fabric.

When they realized there was no return label TO CHINA they asked me to "send a hand written parcel with my name, item numbers I'd like to return, and my address"…. Why would me sending a hand written parcel with the information (not asking for the items returned, just the info) that you literally have right in front of you?

I saw Goodnight macaroon on a influencer page and ordered a few things immediately. I knew shipping would take a while so when I went to look at reviews I was immediately in deep regret! I just thought well... money wasted! However when I got my clothes (after about a full month) I was shocked that the clothes were cute. This is coming from a very picky shopper too btw. They aren't name brand quality but they were nice. I do recommend not ordering anything that says one size unless you're a very small frame or want a belly shirt/sweater. I don't know if I got lucky but I'm pretty happy with my sale purchases. Everything I ordered was 20 dollars on sale so perhaps if I had spent more I wouldn't be AS impressed. Hope this helps!

I ordered a bag on 3/1/2022, it is now 6/7/2022. 98 days later and I STILL HAVE NO BAG. The first tracking number they gave me was incorrect, the second tracking number they gave me was last scanned in Hong Kong on 4/13/22. And hasn't moved since. I have e-mailed the company numerous (10+) times to be told that they would not refund me. After posting complaints on Instagram, someone from customer service e-mailed me on 5/25/22 to tell me they have issued a refund and I could expect to receive it in 30 days... still nothing pending on my bank account, so I will wait to see if that actually happens or not. I am betting that it will not and that I will never see that $65 again. Meaning this company will 100% steal your money and not send you what you ordered. What is also infuriating about this company is that somehow every blogger on IG is able to receive products from them in a timely manner to promote on their platform and paying customers are not. Also, if anyone bothers to look at their tagged photos on IG literally ALL OF THE PHOTOS are BLOGGERS w/ codes to promote Goodnight Macaroon! And every single Goodnight Macaroon post is a "giveaway" with no winner ever announced? Just to get people to comment on and share their posts. This company is a TOTAL scam and a complete money racket. How they haven't been shut down is beyond me. But I would never spend another dime here because obviously I wouldn't get a product that I paid for and I will never get a refund.

This was my first and LAST time every ordering from this company. First of all all of their products come from HONG KONG! Which is mentioned NO WHERE on their website :) :) It took 6 weeks for me to receive the one item I ordered and holy crap I thought this order came from shein. The quality was awful; it felt like cardboard and looked nothing like it did online. Keep in mind I paid $65 dollars for it so it was not cheap. If you want to return anything you have to pay for it yourself and guess what you probably won't even get your refund because it's been over a month and they claim they "never received" my item even after UPS confirmed the delivery and it was SIGNED for by one of their employees. Please stay away from this scam of a company.

Ordered a bathing suit that was horrible quality. No returns accepted. Looked nothing like the photo.

Tried to make a return, but the company did not provide a return form (which is required per their return policy in order to receive a refund). When I emailed asking for one, they ignored my request. I submitted a complaint with my financial institution, and only then did this company's customer service reach out to me. However, they still did not provide me with the return form, they only reached out in order to accuse me of theft. This has now been going on for over a month. They continue to refuse to provide me with a form, and continue to threaten legal action just because I refuse to cancel my bank's charge back due to this problem. DO NOT under any circumstances get involved with this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 2/21/2022, and as of 3/13/2022, they have not shipped. I paid 9.99 for shipping, and emailed customer service to see when they might ship and was told they had been dispatched and would soon ship, but a week later, they've never been shipped and was told to expect 45-60 days! This is a ridiculous amount of time, and I've been told conflicting information from their customer service. Of course, they charged my credit card right away. Very disappointed in this company and won't order from them again.

Company drop ships from Hong Kong, returns to Florida. They have a restrictive return policy that varies depending on if you read the site, your receipt or packing slip. Anyway handbags are C grade Chinese goods (ie the street vendor quality in HK) not what you would ever buy, strong routine scent of glue that will never go away, appears they are selling (at least handbags (3) I received, lowest grade goods. I asked for a refund as my goods were defective. Paid about 30$ to mail to Florida too (no return tags as it drops from HK)

I ordered two skirts. Both were unexpectedly small and looked very cheap, and they unfortunately weren't cheap. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site and it looks like they don't post negative reviews on their website.
