Should take actions regarding tracking bus link and customer care worst service, sometimes won't show buses as per other applications
My overall experience with goibibo was good, customer service team are very cooperative and helpful.
Services are very good,easy to book and extreme service support.

I am waiting for a refund from goibibo and there is no customer support available. All links get redirected to their app. Very poor service
I've booked Kerala Tickets from Chandigarh. My departure flight is Indigo and my Return Flight is Vistara. This option is suggested to me by Goibibo platform itself. Due to Covid; Indigo canceled their flights for my departure and gave a refund for the same. But Goibibo charged double the convenience fees for the same. Vistara didn't cancel the flights so I see no option than to postpone by flights. Vistara gave me the option to keep my ticket OPEN till 30th Sept. I've opted for that plan with the thought to utilize my money that time. Covid cases kept on increasing in Kerala and most of the states in Kerala are under lockdown. I requested Vistara and Goibibo multiple times to either increase time for OPEN ticket or at least give me a refund. Airlines refused for refund and Goibibo refused to help on this matter. I see no other option than to apply for any possbible tax refunds on the flights. I have requested the same in Vistara and they processed the refund of approx. Rs. 590 per passenger. Today I got call from Goibibio and they said they will have cancellation charges of approx Rs. 550 per passenger so any refund won't be possible. I suffered loss of approx Rs. 40,000 in this entire booking and Goibibio didn't cooperate in this whole matter. Their support team is pathetic and I told them to at least find some resolution for the same but they are good for nothing. I won't recommend anyone to opt Goibibo as their travel partner and won't even recommend to opt Vistara for any flight bookings. I'm pretty sure lot of people had similar experiences so feel free to share their experiences aswel.
I have booked Magnum resort hotel from 29th dec-1st Jan, it was confirmed the first week and after 10-15 days i got a call that the hotel is denying the checkin, hence the reservation will get cancel. The booking was pre paid fully and it was non refundable. Goibibo is not helping us to either get the confirmation from same place or book any alternate option. Our money is stuck and time is flying we are not getting any help. I have been calling every 3 days the customer support and what I hear is they will call us back come back but nothing is happening. I have spoke to many people from support people like kajal sharma, raksha KUMARI, priyanka, bandana manjhi, shubham, taran and few of them promised to get some output within 2 hrs or 30 mins or a day but whenever I call I have been asked to wait for 72 hrs and I am waiting it just wasting my time and giving me mental trauma as I can see with there support they can deny booking at very last minute and I will leave with nothing in my hand.
I am not understanding what is the blocker? Why they cant book alternate hotel if booked hotel denied the check-in? Why it is taking so long? Why no action can be taken? Or get confirmation with the same hotel?

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED With your services. After receiving booking confirmation and payment deduction almost 25 days before, When we reached the hotel, They said the hotel has revoked its services and many times informed Goibibo but the listing is still active. I am frustrated with the non-active work and lethargic nature that u are listed with dead hotels and the customer is getting fooled. My parents, aged 67 reached the hotel and found that the booking is not LIVE.
WHAT KIND of services are you giving. Shut down your business and sit at home. You guys dont deserve to be in market.
With this I demand compensation of 15,000 INR as today on the day of check-in I had to book another hotel in DOUBLE the rate for the lesser service hotel that too with only breakfast. I am unhappy and I will take you to the consumer forum if you don't accept this.

I had booked a resort vide reservation # HTLAHCA5K4 and after visiting, I found it to be too difficult to stay there. I contacted Goibibo support Chat since they do not have any support email or contact number! I informed the Chat Agent Suman that my wife had Knee Implants recently and it was not possible for her to use this resort since there were too steep slopes and one could never walk freely even to your room! Since I never wanted such torture for my wife, I requested for Cancellation. The agent took 30 minutes to respond back that the booking Cannot be Cancelled being non-refundable.
Then I got a call from a makemytrip number about my issue. My son took the call and explained the whole issue in details. He also informed the caller that he had just booked 2 rooms on their site at Wood Creek Resort with reservation # HTLJFCKD5R. The caller also confirmed this booking and told my son that they will work on our issue. After that they Closed the issue with the remarks that the since the issue is resolved to your satisfaction, so it is being closed!
It is so weird to note that they do NOT have any eMAIL id FOR CUSTOMER CARE! They have trained their agents to take as much time possible to delay responding the chat and refuse everyone rudely. Beware of this fraudster co. As No one will ever listen you and resolve your issues!

I did my booking with Goibibo booking ID - GOFLI479AF*******054 with Jazeera Airways (PNR - ECWYNH). Travel Date Jun-20 to and fro from Kuwait to Delhi.
My booking was cancelled during Covid phase when India stopped all international flights to and fro.
I approached airline for refund and Jazeera airways team told me that they have processed refund (June Month).
I approached then Goibibo team and they have told refund will be done once they receive the same from airline.
From Now on i am just writing emails, tweeting but GoIbibo team they are completely ignoring emails.
I have given them proofs of Jazeera airways email and Transaction number as well but they still say we haven't received refund.
How come 5 months passed and you didn't recieve money when airline already transfer. They got the money and don't want to refund.
I just wanted to tell everyone please don't book any tickets with these frauds travel portal better book it directly with Airline. Hassle free and safe. These cheater travel portal come with offers but my sincere advice they are just cheaters and GOIBIBO team lead the way in this.
I am going to approach consumer court as well till the time i don't get my money back with Apology from GoIbibo team.
