I am Aditya Sharma and goibibo forced me write this review, it's was one of the most pathetic, frustrating experience ever with this site and there bookings, we had a hotel booking confirmed and next we get to know on the day of our stay that booking is been cancelled, we had to suffer a last minute cancellation, and trauma of journeying more than 500 km and wasting time and precious holiday which meant lot to my family,
The Hotel resort was Daman Ganga Valley resort which denied our booking blaming on website and there system problem, and what more they tried giving me a another hotel which does not come close to what actually I booked for and finally I had to drop my plan for vacation and return back to my place. It was a big upset and all because some stupid service provider which did not cross verified before booking, it was a pathetic experience with goibibo not for me but also for my family and friend who used it for the first time, and to rub salt on wound what they provide is 500 rupees gift voucher which is still to be received, disgusting, it's like we have fooled paying all the money and getting cheated on money is still with them as they say It would take 5-7 working days.

Booked Hotel, along with hotel booking they were offering Covid insurance 299/ per person for duration of 16 days from date of travel. I opted for that option and they promptly charged me 99*4=396 and added this to total payment. They did not even ask for names of all guests for hotel stay. The insurance offered was through ManipalSigna. Ideally I should not even call as it should be a smooth process but I never got details for insurance so I called customer support. The lady tried to understand the case and put me on long hold (she did say it will be long hold) to check with backend team. She came back saying that I have not taken insurance as THEIR voucher does not say so and the amount mentioned on voucher was what I had paid, which was 396/- (99*4) less that what was paid by me. I said I have made payment which includes 396 and she was quoting less amount paid by me and I have bank details to show that amount deducted includes 396 as well. She insisted that they have received the amount mentioned on voucher, even though amount was paid through my debit card on goibibo app payment gateway. I tried explaining to her that the voucher is for hotel stay and amount on it for hotel but for insurance the payment may be bifurcated separately. Then she asked me for my bank statement to prove I had made higher payment. I gave the same too, post that complete silence, no revert, no communication, cheap way of Goibibo to make money, the way used by fly by night operators

Please don't believe go ibibo bus services its totally layer and girls and lady not safe with go ibibo travel. All conductor and driver take nasa and drink. Me and my wife face this problam.
I've booked flit ticket from goibibo app due to corona Virours I wanted to cancel the flight ticket I wanted the refund money back in my account they couldn't help me when I spoke to customer care exactive was a female her name was Madhira and senior person sayed he was floor assistant he was also unaware about that. They were talking an attitude I don't like The service how they were talking to customer they should take some more trainning I think they were very rude with me on call they both were saying do whatever you can but we will not refund the amount the total amount was Rs 6059

I purchased a ticket on the month of April but due to declared knockdown the Airlines have cancelled all the flights. Goibibo has made Credit shell available. But i am currently into pregnancy situation and for this I will not be able to travel for 1 and half years. I want my refund back to my original account. I could not report my issue wth this third party(GOIBIBO). I connected wth the Airlines directly and they have initiated my refund to this travel agency. I even tried calling at the Customer service i couldn't not reach out to the Customer service representative and instead I am being told by the voice process that I will be contacted back within 7 days. They did not contact me. No response from them through email. Now my money is stuck. I feel helpless. I want my money back. I will take this ro any higher lebel and I am ready to file a case against GOIBIBO if they do not return my money back. I am also ready to share my medical reports if they ask me for. I need help. I boked a ticket for goa from mumbai for shubam travel i reach at boarding point 5 min late n bus went without informin me i told thm to wait 5. Min but thy left worst exprience and then thy r arranging me a seat wch is driver cabin. Guy dont ever go from shubam travel 3rd class service by thm... I m not blamin goibbo for this... I booked the bus from Chennai to Madurai on 24th March 2020 morning bus. Three seats I booked. Due to covid 19 lockdown our booking was cancelled by bus operator. 20 days is over. Still they not refuneded my money. Total cost is 1983Rs. They only refunded 650Rs on 9th Apr 2020. Customer care also not attended my call. I don't know, when I will get my money. Its lockdown period. I know. But I want clarification about my remaining money.
The hotel was not at all as how it was in the pics on their website. On the website it said it was a 3 star hotel, and picture of the hotel showed that it was a great star hotel. When I went there the hotel wasn't even painted. There was a very bad smell and it was a very low class cheap hotel. The hotels name is "blue chip korai s inn" in Koramangala, Bangalore. If anyone is staying in Bangalore they can just go to the hotel and see how the real hotel looks like and then compare it with the goibibo website description. When I called the website they said they were sorry and asked me to adjust coz they can't refund the amount! And they said that they were "NOT RESPONSIBLE" for the wrong information provided by the hotel on their website.! When I placed a negative review, revealing about the hotel and the goibibo's customer response they just removed the review! And to my shock they added 4 reviews about how beautiful the hotel is! This is the level to which the goibibo goes to protect the hotels which pay them a hefty commission.
Booked a hotel from goibibo recently, the hotel denied providing the breakfast and i called goibibo and they immiedrlt called hoteliee and they gave me breakfast and dinner both now. Good
I booked the hotel in vijayawada in Gobibo, they have charged triple the amount than the hotel. When i went to hotel directly they are charging 2700/- from gobibo they are charging 6000.

We have booked Ahm to Nashik and Nashik to Ahmedabad flights on 1st Feb and booking was made on 31st Jan at noon time.
I got call from TrueJet that their flight Nashik to Ahmedabad has been canceled and they will also update the provider goibibo. They just informed so that I can plan out better.
Then I called up to the call center and one nice guy from call center told me that TrueJet is bogus and frequently canceling their operations. You will get full refund for that and my Ahm to Nashik flight he made a promise to make it open-ended after lot of discussions.
Now after a more than a month I am waiting for a refund but these people do not do anything. Instead, they close my tickets.

I stayed in allahabad, as per their hotel photos it was good but in reality very poor maintenance and nothing available in room, bathroom very unhygienic and cockroaches. They charged me Rs. 2527/- for that room while it is available in Rs. 550/-They charged 5 times. This was gostay certified assures 100% refund if not satisfied. I submitted all the hotel photos but now these thieves say hotel is not refunding money we are intermediary only. While I paid money to them and they pay to hotel after 2-3 months. This shows they are cheating/ fooling peoples. Even blanket was smelly and very dirty we asked for plan bed sheet which they did not have and gave only one. Help desk customer care has ravipalsingh and jitender sharma like peoples who donot understand the case and give decisions at their own.In fact this company is behind money only once money is paid to them they never refund money all their claims are false. Let us represent to the ministry and the PMO that such bogus, cheaters be banned or their licences are cancelled. The top management is also cheater, they support and appreciate their employees to cheat peoples
