Extremely appalling service. This company needs to realise that customer service, specially for after sales is a big necessity. I had a lot of enquiries about cancelling my booking - however they keep redirecting me to FAQs that don't have my query. When opting in for online Chat, you get matched with a chatbot called Gia who constantly sends the same message and is not responsive at all. When selecting the option to write to management, they ask for a service ID, which you cannot receive until a case is opened - but who would open this case? So i called them and when I selected my option on the IVR, it said that they're facing a high volume of calls and have sent me a message with a link on how to go about my query. To no surprise at all, this link took my to the FAQs page.
Without any assistance, i had to cancel my booking online. When I did this, I received an automated cancellation email that said for any assistance I can send an email to the address they have shared, I did this without thinking twice. But as soon as I thought I'll finally get some clarity - I get another automated reply that this is a non-responsive email.
I'm literally stuck right now with no help from this 'website' or any human on the other end to advise. I can already see this company going under soon due to their lack of investment in customer service.
Well done on being an unacceptable and unreasonable company Goibibo - you won't be getting any business from me, my friends or family, ever.
Be careful while booking online hotel, especially from goibibo.com. Driven by the zeal to beat the competition, they are no less in digital marketing and claiming the attractive offers but they do not have the strong enough channels to ensure your dream stay at the so called dream prices in the hotel, which you booked after a hard effort of few hours so as to make your journey hassle free.
Leave the customer feedback on comfort experience and the quality of food, which is something expecting too much from goibibo. I would share the real experience with them, at the most crucial time of a very important official meeting at Delhi, I was denied to even check-in into the hotel even after the full payment in advance 3 days before and I was waiting outside the hotel for almost 2 hours to settle my luggage so that I can leave for so important meeting, but hats off to these business tycoons who screwed my day badly and suddenly converted to immature enough to understand the impact of the serious level of suffering and offered 500Rs to compensate and in fact to subsidize the impact diplomatically without any cost.
Though i understand that there might be some unexpected mistakes but they should handle such escalations fairly.
Its not about the money but about the feeling to be cheated and should be escalated enough to teach such smart businessmen a good lesson to deal in ethical way to sustain in Indian Market, a place of intellectualuals, and not the lazy consumers who would accept the crap from their hard earned money.
I book international flight from Delhi to Johannesburg for two people and it didnt get confirmed at the same time. So I waited for few hours and received one email that ur booking didn't go through with 2nd leg as airline is not operating the same. And GoIbibo will process the full refund.
When I called them they said dont worry will get it resolved.
Same night I got the PNR and e-ticket no as well.
Next day when I checked PNR on airline website, I got cancelled status.
I called again and found still this ticket is not confirmed. 15 days I called daily to customer care and every day they promised to resolved things in a day or two.
Neither they were ready to process refund nor giving the alternative flight. They made me keep waiting. And They didnt resolve till we started for Airport.
Finally I got another PNR ticket which was not in synch with Airport guys system.
Again at airport we waited for 1 hour to sort out this issue.
Airport guy also said this Goibibo.com guys are really stupid they dont know how make confirmed trip. He had faced this issue many time with Goibibo.com in past weeks.
It was very stressful where neither you are getting ticket refund nor alternative ticket till you at the counter of airport.
This company does fraud with the customer
I have booked a flight with zero cost emi facility where as company have claimed the full amount from the bank
And override my application
This incurred me a heavy loss of *******rs
And impact my cbil
When I tried to register a complaint they didn't ever felt to escalate and apologize for their mistakes
It was really very bad experience with go ibibo
And yes they do miss use of customer money

I haven't received the refund of my two bus canceled tickets. The first is from March 4,2023, which was canceled by the bus operator whose PNR no. 48D8GKR9 and Second on 10 March I did it myself. PNR no. 48TH9YA7 whose refund is yet to come and goibibo is showing complete of 4th March and refund of 10th March. But I don't have any refund amount credit. Then it should be understood that Goibibo Chor Har.
I booked ticket from goibibo.com amt 3700 aproximate
I request it for cancellation.
They reply me to cancel it. But after 24 hr I checked the PNR status. The ticket was not cancelled. I call them on payble call service number. After talking 10 minuts they cabcelled my ticket assuring me that there will be no effect on GOCash balance (2000 point)
As they cancelled my ticket. Thier statment was
They deducted 2250/-+250/+200/-+discount offered by them.
They stated 872/- refund (after 5 to 10 days in my bank account)
My Go cash balance collapsed to ZERO
What a cheat company?
It has been an extremely painful and unpleasant experience to deal with goibibo and certainly the last deal with them.
A property that was listed as a 4start category hotel (Annex Executive Mumbai) with all the amenities turned out to be a lodge in a. Dilapidated building with not even a lift or working shower not to talk of other facilities. It was a complete shock and when I requested an alternative of the category that I had chosen I was made to hold till 2 in the night and lied progressively. Finally in the morning after holding for more than one hour on the call, 'Kamini' turned up and came to my rescue and gave an alternate location (Hotel Ibis), which was very kind of her. But no plans for a breakfast or a better room was availed. The room is too small for two people with no good space for luggage.
I feel cheated through and through and the only sincerely helping person in the organisation after 16 hours of suffering was Kamini.
Please find the screenshot of the amenities that were listed as present in annex executive and turned out to be completely false.
I am going to review the truth about this incident everywhere. Goibibo, u caused me mental agony and literally cheated. I don't think if it had not been Kamini I would not even get this less than mediocre room. Highly unprofessional and false services on part of Goibibo.

We have booked a hotel and flight booking from goibibo and theyvwere really helpfull whenever I called them. I liked the promptness. Good
I would advice all who are planning in future to use Goibibo, to think 100 times before they do that. We were a family with two kids on a trip to golden triangle.
I booked my first ever trip through them, I was promised a decent category of hotel and payments were made in advance and when I reached on site, the sight of the hotels booked by them were horrible, mice roaming out from one room to other, no clean bedspreads, bathroom was unusable. First day we somehow used it hoping it was only night stay and moved then to other city as per the itinerary. The sight of the hotel in the other city was the same. When i called for support, the manager tells me, "this is what we can book, you can stay if you want or do what ever you want", unbelievable response. The day 3 went for us looking for a hotel only and no sight seeing. We managed to stay somewhere else. I think it is the responsibility of this travel company to ensure they precheck the standards of the hotels that is provided to their customers. They cannot simply depend on the hotel website pictures.We were in an unknown city and travelled on this travel company. NEVER EVER USE GOIBIBO. SHAME ON THEIR SERVICES
The transport company and the guides though were excellent, however I understood from them that the Guruji Travels operates independently and takes care that they provide good service. 5 stars to Guruji Travels.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCENever ever book through Goibibo. Better book through hotel or airlines website. I cancelled a flight. I received their confirmation mail also on this. But I have Not received the refund. Tried to contact customer care repeatedly for past 5 days. Getting a voice message that due to high volume of calls cannot connect to customer care. All the numbers they have given in their websites says on this message. They are not replying to mails. I have written atleast 5 mails on this. No reply. About Rs. ******* under stake. Also I am coming through lot of similar complaints on GOIBIBO. Going to initiate legal actions on them.

I had booked my flight tickets from Goibibo website on 18th Dec 2019 for Mumbai to HYD on 20th Dec'2019 and HYD to Mumbai on 21st Dec' 2019 but due to family emergency I had requested customer care to reschedule my flight to next week. They have given me same fare estimate to reschedule flights which I already paid 9500 INR and when I asked for cancellation they refund me only 1700 INR which is totally unfair. I lost 8000 INR for booking made through Goibibo website. Now with this kind of experience how Goibibo expect any further bookings from me. Really shame on you. Cheating people with bloody company rules and regulations and blaming airline company for heavy cancellation charges. You have done this kind of contract with airline company that is the reason we as a loyal customers are suffering. I will not do any single booking from this cheater company in future.

I have booked my bus ticket on 12th september but bus didn't operate they have cancelled my ticket but i have not yet received my refund, very worst... i need my refund by evening
