I had booked my flights for Bangalore to Paris via Doha using with Qatar Airways, using goibibo. Booking ID GOFLI5F3BE*******514
Due to on going Covid situation, all international flights stand suspended. Qatar is one of the nicest flights, that refunds your full money if you, don't want to continue with the flight in future(Attached screenshot for proof).
So naturally I asked Goibibo to refund my money via email. Goibibo tells me from past one month that they will clarify with airlines and refund me money. But for many weeks no updates on that.
So I try to call the customer care, call lands in hotel/railway departments even after selecting the proper IVR Menu. Customer care staff ask me to register for a "call back" via the web form. I do that several times. But the tickets are marked as "resolved" and I get no call from them.
My Emails to them are not answered. I get automated response saying it will be clarified.
Twitter handle does the same. They tell they will resolve but they do nothing.
If Airlines is ready to refund me my money, who are these people to keep my money blocked and not reply me?
I had asked to cancel the travel agent, he had canceled my trip and I also canceled from the app, still my money was not returned, goibibo, this is not fair enough, you did not help me.
When i went to travel in nainital. It was such a best experience. And my trip going smoothly and i suggest all of you to use MakeMyTrip app.
We were always used to choose goibibo for all our flight and stay bookings. This terrible experience happened to us during our visit to Goa in the last week of Novemeber 2020. We had made the full payment in a hotel named Regent Laguna for 3 days. This booking was for our full family including my old Mom and a small kid. After a tired journey, we reached the hotel and our booking showed to be cancelled. The hotel people seemed to be helpless and did not respond well. We kept calling goibibo helpdesk and after a lot of struggle the call got connected. Even thought they accepted it to be their mistake. We had to keep making mutiple calls and hold the line for hours to get this issue sorted out. Hope you can realise the kind of situation our family went through. How can people rely on such a booking website. What if the same incident happens with our flight ticket and what about the value of money we are spending on.
We even requested for an alternate booking either with upgraded amenities or on the same scale, as the hotel people did not seemed to be welcoming after this incident. Goibibo team was not willing to hear our problem too. Altogether we had the worst experience only due to the kind of unreliable service provided by this booking portal.
I had done the booking at Savera Inn hotel Bhopal on 9-Dec-23 via GoIbibo paying full in advance for my stay from 17-Dec to 20-Dec. After booking called the hotel on their provided no *******906, where Mr. Pankaj confirmed the booking. Then on 16-Dec 9:49 AM, received called from *******233 (Mr. Dheeraj). He SAID that there is renovation going on in his hotel, and thus I MUST CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. He said that he has been TRYING TO REACH OUT TO GOIBIBO for 2 days to inform them, but nobody is reachable. He further said he is not responsible for the inconvenience caused to me or for the fact that I may not get any hotel booking at last moment, since I am GoIbibo's customer, not his! Subsequently I tried reaching out to GoIbibo, but they do not have any helpline. Their number *******0407 and *******5107 is USELESS and BOGUS. Equally useless is their WhatsApp support. Basically there is no way to reach out to GoIbibo as well, and Customer is left in lurch by both GoIbibo and the Hotel Savera Inn.

If you pay 7500 only then you can enter in the hotel
Then goibibo reps. Told pay at that time it will be reimbursed to you
Now nobody taking action towards this
Never trust on goibibo
I always made my personal or official bookings through goibibo but since now onward I have touched my ears and advise not to use goibibo

I booked two rooms through this website and Once I reached the hotel I was denied check in on the ground that there were no rooms available and the same had been intimated by the hotel to the concerned ibibo authorities. I was left stranded on the road at night with my one year old infant crying. Since the Defence Expo was being held in Lucknow at that time, it was almost impossible to find an alternate accommodation. When I called the ibibo executive they said that they could not provide an alternate accommodation. Being shocked at this callous behaviour of such a reputed company, I had to run from pillar to post to find another hotel. After running around for numerous hours, I found another hotel at triple price but I had to book it since I was left with no other option. When I called the ibibo executives to reimburse the exorbitant amount that I had to pay because they had cancelled my booking, they failed to resolve my grievance on the ground that it wasn't their problem. Shame on such a company for being so insensitive and indifferent to their customers. I will never book again through this website nor will I recommend anyone.
I booked a Hotel via goibibo portal, and received the confirmation that my booking was confirmed. However, on the day I was supposed to check-in I called in the Hotel directly and the hotel staff told me that they have already informed goibibo that the booking could not be confirmed as they here totally booked. By this time I was already on my way along with my Family. I called the goibibo support which was not supportive and very unprofessional. After a long turmoil I was offered another hotel.

Have booked ticket on 2nd May from Dubai to Mumbai for 1st June.
Amount of Rs, 8,817/- was debited from my account immediately... But never got ticket or my money back... Whenever call their customer care they raise a complaint and say will get a call back in next 24 - 48 hours, but never get a call back and complaint gets closed... NEVER USE GOIBIBO! ITS FRAUD COMPANY!
Pathetic service from goibibo they don't listen at all they just have to say what they want. They are not Eben bother to add my concern. Very pathetic customer service.
They should at least clearly mention on the e ticket the time that it is a. M or p.m. I booked for 9 P.m... but later it was informed me that the bus was gone at 9 a. M
I have taken out tickets for Jet Airways through goibibo till date no refund received from goibibo also deleted the tickets from history also no response from goibibo team.

No refund of all tickets cancelled due covid-19. They have taken money from IRCTC, respective airlines but not returning to the end user. Not customer care, hopeless AI toll (name GIA), no way to connect with them through e-mail. Even there COO (Vipul Prakash) writes working with Make My Trip instead of MMT and Goibibo.

Do not ever use Go Ibibo they are least bothered to help you in case you guys are stuck. They will promise a call back and will never do. Or even if they do they will say SORRY and can't help you.
