I booked a international flight ticket... due to COVID flights have been rescheduled. There was no single phone call or email from customer care or neither they responded back on my multiple emails and phone calls.:(
It has been about 11 months of my booking. And I even I don't have any single representative to assist on cancellation or postponement.
The only thing that responds to the queries is the useless and helpless BOT chat
Never ever I would book a ticket in IBIBO again. And please DON'T.
There is no single physical representative or office except in Gurugram

They will make you feel SORRY for the booking. Please don't spoil your HOLIDAY with IBIBO as I did.
