I booked an airticket and add on cab service on 21/07/2020 from Kozhikode to Bangalore (Booking reference; GOFLD625b*******823). There was no cab available at Bangalore when I reached Bangalore. I desparately tried to contact them but with no avail. Finaly I took a taxi reached my destination.
I have written to them for refund and if not paid I will sue them.
This is a one way communication site. YOU CAN NEVER REACH THEM. They take our money but not available to talk to us!

It's a complete cheat - its relationship with its partners is horrible. At times you will NOT EVEN GET THE HOTEL after reaching. Worst, should shut down.

They do not even deserve one star. Go ibibo made my flight journey from Moscow to Volgograd horrible. I had booked one way ticket which was direct from New Delhi to Volgograd for 42k and at the time of booking they didn't show the baggage allowance option and when I reached Moscow I was told that for the domestic flight I had 0 baggage allowance. I was badly harassed because of Goibibo at the shermetevo airport by the officials and some of the duty staff. There was no cooperation and I had to pay 5000 rubles for my luggage. Not only this with all my suitcases I had to travel through metro to some other terminal and the workers there didn't allow me to use luggage trolleys in the lift. I would strongly disrecommend the use of website Goibibo as I was not only the victim two days later a friend of mine faced the same problem and had to pay 7500 rubles. The Aeroflot too didn't show courtesy for the regular clients and Goibibo is the worst site. I was physically and mentally exhausted being in a foreign land and facing this because of Goibibo.
Despite the airlines making it clear that I'll get a full refund, this agency provided less than half the amount of refund.

Goibibo is 3rd class. In Hindi bahut bekar, ghatiya, no manner. Ye kabhi customers ki ni sochte h or is site se koi booking mt krvana qki bina book ke ye rupee v deduct kr lete h ise ache to OYO wale h vo bina faltu rupee deduct ni krte... Inki bahut kharab service h... So plz inki site se kuch v book na kravaye... Its my request...
They won't refund your money if in case flight cancels and will just keep telling the lie and never answer your queries, time wasters.

The worst company provides a refund and holds the money for a very long time (45 days). Always wrong commitment.
We had booked for room in a resort using Goibibo.com. Instead of 27th September by mistaken we chose a different date and booked it. We realized the "next minute" when we received confirmation after payment. We immediately cancelled the same for which we got confirmation and also booked for the right date.
We awaited refund of 2000rs from goibibo however they denied to do so stating their cancelation policy doesnt allow them to. It was surprising to discover there was a room blocked on our name even after immediate cancelation? Also we were told by the goibibo that "their system is so fast that once payment is done money is transfered to resort and wouldn't be able to retrieve the same"
If their system was so fast they could've communicated to cancel the same with resort. We were unhappy talking to goibibo when they used terms such as - you are being mischievous. A customer calls for a complaint or concern and you do not use such terms as mischievous!
My request to Goibibo is not make such funds and tag a customer complaint as mischievous act! They had given conflicting reasons - " you have cancelled it and refund cannot be done, room is blocked on your name, it is perishable so therefore no refund.

My name is Naveen Kalia and I am from Punjab. I booked immediate Air Ticket on 6th of May of my friend of Rs. 8200 because of the sudden death of my his father. He need to be there for cremation but I was stun when I received ticket. They booked very cleverly booked ticket for the date of 20th may which was complete fraud for me. By contacting customer care of go ibibo the said it was your mistake you book for 20th may so we issue for that day. I tried to convince her but she denied to listen me. So forcefully I have to reschedule flight for 6th by paying more Rs. 8700 so I payed total Rs. 16,900 to travel from Hyderabad to Delhi.
By inquiring every thing the ticket to travel from Hyderabad to Delhi for 20th may was available for Rs. 4,500 then how it is possible it will cost me for Rs. 8200. By again contacting Customer care of goibibo so many time they convinced that it was there fault and they are ready for the refund but till date they never pay me. Now whenever I call them they always told you will receive call from our technical team but I never receiced it.
I was in complete shock how a well know company can do this sort of cheap things. Still waiting for go ibibo call. Hope I will get my refund. Please do not use this app.

I am an often flying person but I've never had such a bad experience in my booking ever, I had a booking flight from Bombay to haydrabad which was on
16 April 2020 PNR-CSE1KL with a return journey
22 April 2020 PNR-MU4PUV which was a total of sum amounted to

But due to covid19 issue i was not flying,
Also in the month of May I had placed a cancellation process along with the refund request,
But the costumer service is not so good or experienced even after months of waiting Im still waiting for the refund claim, whenever I check my flight status it's says the journey is completed,
There are no flight running!
How's that possible?
