Goibigo support team I'm Anita kumari my flight was 17/06/2020, but my flight was cancelled due to covid from indigo side I got cancelled massage on 14/06/2020, in that mention was we will refund 100% amount after also I talk to goibigo support there also mention we will refund you full amount and I have massage text, mail minimum 15 times I got from goibigo side full amount after that also I received very less amount I want to know reason because I have not cancelled my flight, why you people have done such a foolish man work. I am requesting to you give me full refund my money. I have tried to reach you minimum 50 times but my call is getting declined from your side after lots of work I got your mail, that is also non response Id *******608) my contact number

Therefore I'm requested to you one more time process my deducted my amount.
You people don't know how I'm earning amount daily by daily basis.so please give my money back otherwise god will punish you, those people have deducted my money soon will she something very bad in their family and life those word are coming from my crying eyes.
