Have been using Global Shopaholics since 2016, have shipped more than 100 packages to their warehouse, only faced a problem with 2 of my packages which was most likely usps fault, but out of all the other companies that I tried or checked, this is the best company, their shipping rates are the lowest, other companies have ridiculous shipping charges.
Although their response on the live chat can be slow and you have to wait for someone to respond but when they do, every problem is solved promptly, you just need to be patient, I think this delay is also because of the covid situation as many companies are suffering because of that.
Emma is particularly very helpful, whenever I talk to her she always solves my problem, just yesterday I talked to her and she immediately did what I asked for, very supportive and responsible person she is.
I don't think any other company can compete with GS as far as shipping or service charges are concerned, highly recommended.
Theyre good with their service,. You can demand for a video of your packing just in case you have any doubts. Theyre really good. They take good care of your parcels and ship them to you, If you exceed the 180 day period they say it is all damaged and destroyed which is really disheartening to hear.
Best Package forwarding company. I always get my package on time. Moreover they can give you discount on Processing fee. If you have more than 20 packages. Global Shopaholics always provide you lowest shipping rates
I'm totally new to this online shipping form the US. I have used their services to ship my items to Canada. It was a great experience, their customer support was just great they update me with every fact, My shipment was two days late because of Storms in the US But they helped me a lot. I'm very satisfied by using GlobalSHopaHolics, and I will recommend others to just give a try these guys are just great

They are providing great customer services, Low rates, fast shipping in short everything which i was looking for. They are scammers. They took my items and my friends and never sent them. They also agreed to be scammers. It's been weeks now and they have stopped responding and agreed they are scammer already. So nobody should use them.
Worst experience ever made and I have tried several package forwarding companies before.
+ cheaper than the competitors
- service is very weak - I chatted several days with them if you sum it up.
- I combined 41 small packages and I received only 38. They have lost 3 packages.
- my 41 packages are worth ~ $3000 and the 3 missing packages are worth ~$1000.
- it took them more than a month to replay to me and I tried to get in touch on a daily basis - sooo much lost hours =(
- I was promised to get an reimbursment - but instead of getting the $1000 they sent me only $41.
- I was told 1 of 3 packages had been found. It was worth only ~ $20. I sent all remaining packages home and asked them to add the found package to the others. In the end the found package is still missing.
- i get ignored since then.
To sum it up:
For all futher customers save your energy, time and money and choose another company!

I'm Ali from Pakistan. I sign up with global Shopaholics June 2018. My package was delivered all the way from United States of America in just 7days. It arrived in perfect condition. That alone boost my confidence in Global Shopaholics.

The customer service is very responsive and helpful! I had been shipping using DHL in the past but i was really happy to have more shipping options on board while shipoing with Global shopaholics. The website is pretty easy to use too!
The most fastest pakage delivery service I used so far. Thank You GlobalShopoholics for delivering my pakage before time. Oh I love you people and would definitely recommend guy to all my social circle.
The was perfect with straight forward receiving then sending nice and quick. Once it got popular and customers started ordering service was getting worse and worse everyday, they don't answer the phone they some kind of google phone.
An item was missing from the package although all the shipments were photographed before final consolidation.
Finally, my last incident, I ordered a lot of expensive items my total shipping cost exceeded $500. After several attempts to pay and several attempts to contact customer service I was told to make a bank transfer to shopaholic account.
I made the transfer (with no connection to the website) then struggling once again with connecting to customer service….after finally contacting customer service I was told to write a good review about shopaholics while the rep finalizes the shipment.
Bottom line was I stopped using Shopaholics and switched to a different company.

Great services, always available to response. They guide me when my parcel is having a problem. Reasonable shipping price more than cheaper, nice packaging upon request. Would like to use this services again in future, cant find any better. I will recomend Global Shopaholics to my collegues.

I ordered my items since the August 10th and on the 14th of August I got a mail showing that my items were delivered.
But nothing show up in the website.! After a week I wrote to customer service 6-7 times only twice they replied and Today only a guy called James just finished the issue. After this horrible experience. I opened another account in another website who sent my Items in just 2 days.

I have been using Global Shopaholics but now their service make me feel to give them a review regarding their service on consolidation and time managing. Else then this a quick chat and support service is also great i prefer global shopaholics
Used myus and shop&ship during the pandemic and it would take almost two or three weeks for my packages just to show in my inbox's and even lost a few then i found global shopaholics which was faster and more Reliable service, Now I'm switching to global shopaholics!
I paid 120 euros for two products from Amazon. Amazon was asking for 70 euros for shipping costs including custom fees. I chose globalshopaholics to pay less as they claim. The result is 60 euros shipping and 170 euros customs. 3 times more than what I would pay through Amazon. In total i have to pay 350 euros for sth that costs 120 euros. I even asked If they can accept the parcel back to US and they asked for 300 euros. That is insane. Even customer service was totally unwilling to help. Terrible service.

Customs Charges depends upon your local Customs. We can't do anything in this. We just offer package forwarding service, We ship your shipment with reasonable rates. Every Country has its own Customs Rules & Regulations. And we cover just shipping, client do pay to their customs. Secondly, Shipper charge that much amount ($300) for returning the items. I hope you get this.
Very impressed service by Global shopaholics. They showed many shipping options to delivery packages. They was just as awesome as the first time. They responded super fast and was really nice to deal with. The pricing was very sensible. Delivery was very safe and quick. Keep it up guys!
