Terrible service. It appears like either they don't care about their customers at all, or they don't have enough personnel to do the work.or maybe both.
I was looking between companies that forward packages from usa to the world and just randomly decided to try this one. Well, the experience is so far terrible, unacceptable and there is no word that describes the carlessness of the people that work at this globalshopaholics.com
I had to wait 4 days after the package was delivered to them, to get notified that they received a package. And guess what, the picture they sent was of someone else's package, emailed them about the mistake, and 2 days later I get the correct picture, then I put consolidate and ship request on february 9, and it's been 8 days now and haven't heard a word from them. No progress at all. And everytime I contact them either through chat or email, they take too long to respond, and when they do, they say that they will notify their team at the warehouse. But nothing changes.
Don't fall for this company, there is far better companies out there. That has been doing this for a lot longer, and care about their customers and their reputation.

I've been reviewing the services of Global shopaholics but today I am super amazed by their services and their best customer care by Miss Elia, despite this hard season and snowstorm around USA many companies found it hard to help their clients but Global shopaholics had no excuse and kept on working hard to give us their best service, now our shipment is safe and as usual it will get to us with no doubt.
Special thanks to Miss Elia, she is always helping us her kindness, caring way, patience and love is incomparable. I can't thank her and her team enough but to me she helped us have a good experience in Global shopaholics, use their service you will testify too.

I have horrible experience. Global Shopaholics too > 10 days to consolidate the package. After consolidation they add $10 additional fees for dangerous goods handling for no reason. I talked to all their customer service representative: James, Steven, Elia, Mohammed. Etc. And they all indicated that its a technical error on their side and they all lie to me that ti will get sorted. Honestly there is no reason to use them if they delay packages so much and add hidden fees (this is part from the weird Paypal "fees' that no one else charges) - not recommended

I worked with them before since 2017 for several shipments (7 shipments). They started well and then since 2018 every time there was some delays with some excuses. I used them the last time in April 2019 and got fed-up so decided not use them anymore because of the continuous delays and improper consolidation (package is much bigger than it should be) and started using another service provider.
I needed something recently (Feb 2020) so I tried them hoping things have improved but again the same problem and it is just one package took 8 days to consolidate. Simply slow service and we did not even get to the shipping part yet.
They incorrectly add $10 fee for handling Dangerous goods for an IPAD. I am still struggling to have this removed. I chat to their customer service daily but things do not get resolved.

I had experienced some shipping who offer shop and ship services but I couldn't satisfy, then I found globalshopaholics and their service is good.

I've used this service for multiple shipments before because it's convinent and quick but when it came to the most important and most urgent shipment I had the worst experience I have ever had with a shipment in my life, my shipment status was not being updated for weeks and did not ship for almost a month, I spoke to every customer service staff available and all of them while being very polite and do actually check on my shipment status all they did was give me false very convincing hopes that it will be shipped "soon", "shipped within a day" and even "shipped within a few hours" just so they can get off the chat, I also had a number of lost shipments that were delivered to their facilities but did not show up on my account. This was going on for weeks until I spoke to Mark from the customer service team who actually took the time to personally investigate the issue and find out that the shipment was on hold due to an error from their side which he rectified, he gave me clear updates, tracked my missing packages, spoke to the wearhouse and actually resloved my issue with great profesionalizm - real customer service! If it wasn't for him I would cancel my account but knowing that they have a competent service staff that can actually help when needed gave me hope to continue with them since as I mentioned the service is typically quick and convenient.

All agents lies, just to postpone the shipment readiness. Everyday telling the same answer which is your package will be ready today. Takes too much time to get in touch with them in the chat. When talk to them, they mostly ignoring and replying fast. Do not recommend to use their service. There are plenty competitive companies better than them
