I have used Globalshopahol quite a few times by now and all I have to say is that their service is simply exceptional. Packages are delivered right on time and their Customer Service is way more than helpful. If you are drooling over something at an American online store I just can't thank Globalshopaholics enough

This "company" is the worst entity I've dealt with. Regardless if it's a package forwarder or a grocery store. In term of service and being helpful, or speed of response if they ever respond to you. The owner's name is * and i have no doubt that he is a thief. Once a package leaves their doors they will not care if your stuff get to you or not on complain they will tell you to contact the shipping company and when you contact them they ask that you speak with the send i. E. * who will not respond to your chat request or email or anything. I tried my best get a phone for this company but i could not. My advice to anyone who want to do business with them is to stay away and pay more to another company to get a better service.

Worst customer service ever. I explained to these people that I needed to change my address to a local one because I was coming back from overseas to the US and they denied my request. How I am supposed send it and get it back. If i am going back there for good. Worst customer service ever. Don't use this service at all. Not recommended for anyone to use.

I had troubles with shipping companies during Covid-19 pandemic but Shopaholics was an exception they did help us a lot, they have the least price it is very fair, and a great support team. So far the best in the industry.
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
It takes two months to send me a shipment that pays the first day, a month ago they sent me a shipping number but in the end they did not send my package.
For 20 days they have not responded to my Mail in their email address, they do not update their ticket system.
The chat employees are friendly but they do not solve anything, they just tell you that they send an email to the department. But they do not listen to them and nobody answers you.
Nobody gives you information about who you can solve your problem with, there is no way to talk to a responsible person.
I am really worried that my engagement ring is in that package, and nobody gives me a solution, I fear the worst.
The feeling of impotence that you create is exasperating.

Completely untrustworthy! I shipped a package here because they said tax free! And so I shipped a package to their address and now they said that they do not ship in the United States. They have kept my package and items hostage and won't give them back to me! Over $10,000 worth of merchandise and they are now keep my items! This company is a scam! And I will be filing a lawsuit.

I can confirm it was an amazing experience, the system is great, they take free pictures of your shipment
The weight of the shipment was accurate every time, they have several carriers such as aramex and fedex dhl
And several payment options such as paypal bitcoin credit card
You can give them instruction in the way your shipment will be ( in terms of packaging, fragile stickers, remove brown boxes or put extra bubble bags for extra protection)
You can track your shipment in their system or the carrier system
Their staff are friendly and they are well trained and experienced in twitter or in their chat system

My package arrived without a hitch. I want to thank Global Shopaholic for their services a million times over. I never expected to be this thrilled after signing up for your services recently, so I was taken aback when my package arrived in front of my door on the scheduled day this week. I bought phone accessories for my siblings. I've never felt so content before.
If you send the package to GlobalShopaholics beware! From the tracking number the status of package delivered, but they will not put in your account. You must asked them many time or you loss the package! When you asked them to send the package to your address, you must wait more than 10 days. Beware identity fraud! Because they will asked you to send your government id, credit card even your own personal video! And it hard to talk in live chat!

I have never received my package.
At first they told me "we received your money for the shipping and your item will be sent next day"
2 days later those savages did not ship anything.
Then they claimed that I have sent 94 usd for the shipping when I have actually sent 100 usd.
I wish I could cancel everything but unfortunately it's not possible, those clowns keep your item in hostage.
Its easy for them to get away with stuff because most of their customers live in fareaway countries and if something wrong happen you cant press charge from 10 000 kilometers away and you cant cancel either because the item is already purchased and in their warehouse.
In my case it is 1000 usd worth of product so just imagine if they do the same to only 30 more customers living far away, thats 30 000 usd of material they got in the warehouse that people have abandonned too tired to deal with those savages.
Most of their reviews online are fake its their own 5 stars reviews..
This company is a complete scam! Beware. They have stolen most of the items and lied and told me they had shipped them to me. I spent weeks trying to communicate with them and they kept telling me the items were on their way. When the package did finally arrive (over a month later!) the vast majority of the items went missing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I m a new user to this online world and what I have came to know after my experience that global shopaholics is the best company with cheap services and delivery rates and and it is worth of saving time
I am a tech lover guy, mostly i shopped online gaming things from USA. And most of my budget gone through shipping, but someone recommend me this company and litteraly, they charge very less and provide fast shipping and the main thing is they co-operate alot.
This is such a bad company and just the worst service overall.
Even customer service isn't helpful, all they keep saying is "we will check" and they never get back.
Know this: they will lose your packages and they won't admit it

Have been using Global Shopaholics since 2016, have shipped more than 100 packages to their warehouse, only faced a problem with 2 of my packages which was most likely usps fault, but out of all the other companies that I tried or checked, this is the best company, their shipping rates are the lowest, other companies have ridiculous shipping charges.
Although their response on the live chat can be slow and you have to wait for someone to respond but when they do, every problem is solved promptly, you just need to be patient, I think this delay is also because of the covid situation as many companies are suffering because of that.
Emma is particularly very helpful, whenever I talk to her she always solves my problem, just yesterday I talked to her and she immediately did what I asked for, very supportive and responsible person she is.
I don't think any other company can compete with GS as far as shipping or service charges are concerned, highly recommended.
