Absolutely, horrible I paid almost. 500.00 dollars for coach eyeglasses. Glasses USA is a complete rip-off. For what I got and what they charged me they should be ashamed. My boyfriend has to tighten them at least once a week. In reality, my frames are more like 19.99 Def not worth the money I spent. I will never go back or recommend glassesusa.com to anyone

I recently purchased eye glasses for my son (he actually ordered them). A tiny screw, then the left lens fell out! This occurred within 60 days from receiving the pair of eyeglasses. I contacted the company to apprise them of the defective glasses and to request a replacement. They simply referred me to their "terms and conditions" stipulating the "365 day warranty" meant I only could get 50% store credit! I've never encountered an eyeglass company not willing to stand behind their product as GlassesUSA seemingly does not.

Ordering was easy but the end result was awful. Received defective Rayban prescription sunglasses and Glasses USA won't stand behind their product because I reported it beyond their 15 day policy (because I have other glasses that actually fit). Instead of fixing the glasses, they offered me a discount on another pair... insult to injury. I provided them pictures as well.

Easy shopping experience, glasses were great quality and I love the way they fit and look on me. This is the first time I've ordered glasses online without trying them on first and I'm actually very pleased with my purchase.
Received the glasses. Left lens had a distortion in the middle of the lens. I like the look of the frames. They're Oakley clear frames, but don't appear to be anywhere near the quality I paid for the glasses. Other than the Oakley logo on them, they seem no different in material than an inexpensive pair of safety glasses.

I had progressive lenses made and they were incorrect. I tried to take a little longer to adjust to the new glasses because I was also trying contact lenses with my eye doctor. Now, it is past their refund/return date and there is NO way to reach someone in person. Either on the phone or in chat. It is all created to keep them making money and keep the unsatisfied customers away from them. I am out over $300 and now must go elsewhere to get the right prescription. The current one was so bad that I almost passed out at work, and have strained my eyes so badly I need a new prescription. Thanks for nothing!
My glasses from GlassesUSA are ridiculously and obviously defective. They are rimless and the temples are mounted badly to the lenses such that one side goes up and the other side goes down making them sit on my face at an angle. I can't imagine how they got through any quality control. Because I live in Europe the cost of returning them and then paying another tariff of Euro 43 was not worth the trouble. A local optician did the best she could to make them wearable but they still look ridiculous.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from glassesusa and had no problem. The past 2 have been issues. Not on time. So paying for quick shipping is not worth it. They say 72 hours after leaving production I will receive them. Ordered on December 17 and still not here. Can't reach a person to speak with only automated on internet. Very displeased with no contact. I loved the past 2 pairs I ordered. But received one recently. Script was not right. Now waiting on second pair. Very frustrated cause this has happened twice on shipping
My second time I've purchased from them. Wonderful glasses. This time I ordered a pair with a wider vision. It changed not only my vision field, but also reinvented my personal look as a Celebrity Booking Agent. I highly recommend!
I ordered glasses through GlassesUSA. They came in about 3 weeks.
However, the received frames had side shields riveted on.
The picture of the frames ordered did not have side shields.
I emailed *******@glassesusa.com on 26 June with all info, pictures, copy of order, links.
I was unsuccessful in reaching a human to further explain the problem via chat or telephone.
Eventually I ended up where a recording said a representative would contact me in 1 or 2 days.
This is now 6 July and I have not received an email or a phone call (no message left) to discuss a solution to this issue.
My conclusion is that customer service is inadequate.
Hopefully I will not have to work through my credit card company to try to recoup the charge.

I received an email saying they were in production 3 days after they received my order online. After 20 days i called and sent email... they were still in production?. So i get an email next day... oh they are in quality control! Long story short. I ordered them august 17th got one of 2 pair today... WRONG PRESCRIPTION!. Taking them to an optometrist for verification... ok back from optometrist... prescription is correct... AXIS IS WRONG! Rt eye is 18... should be 115... left is 53. Should be 55. Axis is important to some more than others... we will see what happens next pair and when these are returned i started this email bout 45 mins ago and still havent received return information which was supposed to take 5 minutes!... IF and only if they shine through with a good finished product,,, i will change review

Ordered 2 pair of eyeglasses, somehow they "forgot" me, 3 weeks later they admitted that they never filled the order, then no updates, then even though I paid for express shipping they sent them thru DHL snail mail and now almost 2 months later no glasses! I asked for a refund and no word yet and that was last week. Now my account with them has been wiped out and so has all the history of past purchases. What really bothers me is I was a good customer for many years. But at least I have a bank record of payment to them for $358.95. Worst service ever!

This company is awful they lost my glasses in the mail and never sent a new pair like they said they would. Also never refunded me either. Complete scam and proof at the bottom! Still have yet to receive my refund as well it's been 2 months now.

Almost 5 weeks later they issued a refund, still no glasses, and refund takes 7-10 days. What a joke. Slightly disappointed in that my frames were darker in reality than how they were photographed on the website.
I was given a date (about 3 business days) for my glasses to be made, after I got no updates or any communication for over a week I called the customer service phone number. There is no live person to help you track your current order. I started the "chat" and asked to speak with a person. Susan told me she'll forward my inquiry to the production team and disconnected the chat. I paid for expedited shipping because I need those glasses, don't waste your time with this company if you need quality service and people who actually care about your needs and your business

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
