Update: After posting this review, I finally got an actual response from the company after 5 weeks. Funny, right? They are comping 2 pairs of glasses for my daughter and expediting them. I don't have high hopes over the quality but if the 4 pairs each last 2 months, like the originals, I can at least build up my FSA to go elsewhere.
***Nightmare experience dealing with this company. I bought 2 pairs of glasses for my daughter in August, paid extra for 20/20 coverage, which supposedly gets you replacements quickly. Both pairs broke within 2 months, the side pieces both snapped off when my daughter was taking them off her face. It took 6+ weeks to get replacements. One arrived broken. Customer service is a joke. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone, the directory keeps looping you back to the main menu. You have to do these "chats" online, and they refer you out to "returns team" or "Care team." They are supposed to email you...guess what? They don't. Then, when you want to return said glasses due to nightmare experience, they tell you you can't since they replaced them. When you tell them you have both the original and replacements and can send back both, they said that violates their return policy. They sell cheap products and don't stand behind them. They also make it impossible to resolve. I have spent hours on the phone and online chat and we are only on month 3. Back to Warby Parker I go! They lasted the entire year for my daughter.
I recieved glasses I ordered and the lense in the right eye was not even close to the correct prescription I sent then. It appears I had 14 days to return them if not satisfied. One would think the 14 days would be a window to try them on and see if a customer was satisfied and not necessarily for a huge mistake made in filling and order. Additionally, expect next to zero customer support. Tha automated online support initially generated a label to return the glasses to be replaced and now that I've shipped them off and followed up, I've been informed they are now ineligible for return. Tus leaving me unable to take the frames elsewhere to someone capable of fixing the glasseusa incompetent mistake. Pathetic service all the way around

Ordered a pair 1 month ago and I haven't received my glasses yet. I called them several times and they said they can't find my glasses and will make me a new one. Two days ago I got an email from them saying the frame I want is out of stock. This is ridiculous. Their response and service is slow and unprofessional. They fake their website and product info and that's a fraud. They have no regret whatever. This is a joke. Avoid this website at all cost.

The savings and selection aren't all that great compared to going to Walmart or Costco or even your own optometrist.
Don't be fooled by paying extra for "fast" shipping. They use snail mail for every shipping option. I ordered my glasses on Dec 5th. My glasses have been listed as "shipped" on GlassesUSA's website since Dec 10th, but have just been sitting in a pile at their warehouse waiting to be picked up by USPS for the past 4 days (see attached photo that shows it was "shipped" on the Dec 10th but hasn't even been picked up by the USPS as of Dec 13th). When they finally do get picked up, it'll be at least another 4-5 days before they arrive. So much for "fast" shipping.
The "try on" feature makes the frames appear at least 20% bigger than they actually are. Make sure to look at the measurements on your own current glasses and compare them to the ones you try on virtually so you can really get an idea of the size of the frame.

Absolutely clueless and awful customer service. They could not answer my questions about my order and prescription.
My order received was wrong. They sent me a prescription for only one lense the other a blank lense.
My prescription is high in both eyes and i need my lenses thinned down. Nobody could answer whether the lense sent to me was in fact thinned or not. If you have high prescription I'd avoid as they didnt seem to thin my lenses at all.
I tried to explain to customer service both on the phone and via email i wanted an exchange not refund, if they could resolve these things and explain if my lenses were thinned and could correct my prescription. For some reason the initial email said thank you for accepting store credit. Which i didn't want. Then another saying a refund. Then i had an email saying that i haven't returned the glasses yet, this was all within the same day. Absolutely abysmal care for customers they don't listen. I even tried to phone them to see if it could be resolved and again. We went in circles. No confirmation over what had gone wrong or if they could guarantee it won't happen again. See the picture to see what was sent. And how they "thinned" the lense. If you have a high prescription I'd avoid this company.

If this company wants good reviews then they should not chince on the shipping. Takes two weeks to get these glasses. Company should not offer free shipping and use garbage shipping methods. Cannot really review the glasses because they have not arrived yet hopefully they are good.

I agree, this company has zero standard for quality. They are a fraud. They do not send return label if needed, but when you buy glasses the policy sad it would be a return available.
The glasses is good on the picture, but they has very tight holders... And they are also heavy, heavy glasses!

If you want an amazing price, Designer frames and glasses in 3 days DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I ordered Nov 20th. & Still not here. Went to local store 11/23 & got them 2 days ago! GlassesUSA sent me some clear glasses when the original pair I ordered were sunglasses. I wanted to return them after to working out of town. They said that they can't issue me a refund or even an exchange for the pair I actually ordered due to me being out of town for longer than the 14 days return policy. Now I have glasses with no use, that I cannot use and wasted $100.00 on a item I thought I was getting. Ordered glasses that were supposed to arrive within 7 business days. Three weeks later, still no glasses, no updates. Can't get a person -- bot chat -- NO HELP! Kept requesting representative, got a person to Chat, said there was a "delay in production." Asked what that meant and when glasses would be delivered -- no idea. Asked repeated how to get to a "real" person finally got instruction to call the main number and press 2 twice. Got a very unhelpful person. He said there was a "delay" and he would have someone email me in the next couple of days. I requested he cancel the order and refund my money. Suddenly he said the glasses had been shipped and I could NOT get a refund, but would have to wait for delivery and call them back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ---- RUN DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER!

It's been 2 weeks since I've order 3 pair of glasses. The shipping link they sent to me hasn't updated not once. When I've tried to contact them they're no help. You can't speak with anyone they don't respond to emails FOR DAYS…IF THEY EVEN RESPOND. The stupid chat thing is garbage as well. At this point GlassesUSA is scam in my opinion and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I paid for all the special features when I ordered my Armani Exchange AX1029's, minus the blue light coating. The Diamond 1.67 index G-vision© ultra-thin (+$129), Super Hydrophobic (+$14), Transitions Gen 8 (+$149) lenses. They get dirtier way easier & are much harder to clean than my previous free pair from Walmart without any of these features. Plus, the nose pads are rattly & obnoxious. Very unsatisfactory experience overall

Once again I see myself writing another review for this company
After several phone calls to make sure their shipping department had my correct delivery unit # it happened again, I had to call UPS to give them the unit# and waited for the following day to get my glasses, GlassesUSA tried to put the blame on UPS instead taking responsibility for their shipping department.
I received an email offering a $20 credit for my next order wish it's not happening and asking if I was willing to update my previous review ( not happening)

I received my glasses today and To top it off the outside frame are scratched on both sides! Pictures are attached.
I spoke to a supervisor and advised him that I wanted the glasses replaced ASAP and he agreed for me to hold on to my glasses until I received the new ones and sent the damages back.
For obvious reason I'm not attaching the delivery label from GlassesUSA on the website but I do have pictures of it as well.
I ordered prescription sunglasses which were only delivered after four weeks of delay and multiple inquiries. But it gets better, the eyeglasses were delivered with empty frames and a separate package with the lens. Does GlassesUSA expect me to install the lens at home? I sent them back two weeks ago with a return label to have the lens installed, today they send an email asking the reason for the return. Never again will I purchase glasses from this provider. Their performance and service are terrible. I feel I am dealing with idiots or maybe just a BOT. I would not recommend anyone to do business with GlassesUSA. As a side note, I receive unwanted emails promoting their glasses each week, just more junk cluttering my inbox.

1st they send glasses that aren't even close to my prescription and then you can't get them exchanged. They won't send a return label and my printer bit the dust. Evidently customer service doesn't exist. They actually told a disabled person to go on some wild goose chase to get their return label. I get out of the house twice a month for groceries and the mail, then back home. Product is crap and so is the service
I placed an order for a single pair of bifocals, over $500 and waited the first 10 days for producing the glasses. I noticed on the shipping statement the prescription was wrong. It was nearly impossible to talk to a person. The site only wants to provide chat, which was useless in explaining the problem (texting to a non-English speaking person?). I was finally able to reach a person after some diligence.
They told me there was nothing they could do until I returned my glasses. Shipping took 12 days from GA to CO.
I called back once the glasses arrived and I shipped them back. They seemed to have no recall of the first conversation. Now I need to start over and wait another 3 weeks for production and really slow mail delivery because of their mistake.
Mistakes happen, I get that. But I judge a company on how they respond to their customers to correct those mistakes when they do happen and GlassesUSA failed to meet my expectation.

After numerous time getting updates on my order, they finally said "production will ship your glasses on or before November 10". I waited and was expecting to receive an update today 11 November at least email me a tracking number but i did not. I contacted them again, and now they are saying that there is a "delay in 3rd party shipper". The fact that it took me eight time to contact them about my order and all they can say is we will contact "production" about your order is ridiculous. Not a business that can be trusted. Waiting for my glasses and never doing business here again.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses from these guys and the first pair was mediocre at best.
The second pair never shipped.
BUT:
1) Online chat doesn't work if you want to cancel an order. Just keeps running you around and then disconnects
2) Phone contact never allows you to actually talk with somebody. Cancellation is not an option
3) Finally pretended I wanted to buy more and got a live person who could barely speak English
4) They said they would cancel my order, but nothing has happened

Spent 3 weeks in "production" and was shipped EXPRESS over a week ago and shocking! Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
