I cancelled my order the next day. After multiple calls to correct my order not showing to be cancelled, nothing was done. We are talking at least 10 calls. They then sent the glasses anyways. They told me to get my refund as requested, I would have to send in what they sent me and wait another 30 days for the process to start all over again. I was offered nothing for the headache or time involved in trying to get my refund... or how much time I spent trying to get them to stop the process on the glasses they were still making. This whole process took about a month. I still have the glasses I didn't want. I'm just over it.

I am SO hard to fit for glasses and I (uncharacteristically) ordered glasses site unseen from GlassesUSA.com. They are PERFECT (was so nervous as I just went for it and ordered the complete package). I guess the money back guarantee did help but I didn't need to use it!

Like many other reviewers have stated, the communication from them is non-existent. After 10 days I called them to find out an update and was told they were holding my order for further information from me. When were they going to contact me for that information? I received no communication that my order was even on hold. I spoke to the customer service rep and basically confirmed the information they already had. 10 days later and I called again. Same thing, they are holding my order for the same reason. Told them the same thing a second time. Emailed them a couple of days later to get them to call me and confirm that they had the information correct and confirm my order was in process. Only received an automated email that said to watch your email for a progress update. Now its been 30 days and still NOTHING! I'm giving them one more week and then I am canceling my order. This is ridiculous. Don't even be tempted by what may seem a great price. I don't even have the glasses and I'm already disappointed.

I ordered two pairs of glasses a week or so apart. Both were slow to arrive, but the first pair did arrive within the stated timeline. The second pair are lost, maybe broken, failed quality test, the shipper ate them, who knows? This outfit is located in new york city but has a customer service center in india or pakistan that is absolutely no help in tracking my order. It is not their fault, they are given the same info as i am. they are just no help. Glassesusa needs to just fire them and save the money for themselves since this only makes the experience worse. I have been told that i might get them any day now, or not. So here i wait...

I've gotten glasses from them a couple of times. They have great glasses, and pricing is very competitive. You can download your prescription which makes it handy. I'm in the process of ordering an additional pair now, and no problems. They keep me updated as they are processing and sending.

I got the wrong prescription on the lenses that I've ordered, had to call twice
So they could send me a shipping label, so I could send the glasses back to them... and they still are waiting for the appropriate department to review my order? And have in mind that I had already send an e-mail to them with my Return Authorization Form days before I've called them!
Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. The results are there and the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied with our services. We heartily suggest trying our services and seeing for yourselves.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
