I am very happy with the glasses I purchased. I was hesitant at first (who measures? Etc.) but the glasses came and I loved them. I ordered two more and the color was not what I imagined on one, and the feel wasn't quite right on the other. I sent them back after receiving my mailing label, was refunded and purchased two more pair that I absolutely love.

I loved the selection and had an easier time choosing my frames with the user friendly technology than by physically trying on multiple frames in stores. The prices were much better than in stores. I was sceptical when I placed the order but decided why not they are very inexpensive and if the glasses were not as expected I would not be out that much money.
I was very surprised and satisfied with the glasses. Granted the $50 dollar glasses are not the best in the world but I was not expecting that with the cost.
I would recommend GlassesUSa and will purchase again if I need new glass or a different style.
Communication with the site was very good and was updated as to the progress of my order as they were being made and shipped.

Worst company to deal with. Took over 3 months to get my glasses sorted. My prescription changed in between so ended up using another company. They apologized but did nothing else. Avoid avoid avoid.

Way too long. USPS waiting on you for weeks. Then they finally get the package and send it West Coast before they send it East coast. The whole process I get the run around and the representatives make up stories as if I was born yesterday. Smh. Last time I use them. Plus glasses I ordered are the same size as what I buy from Lense Crafters and they are too small. Returning them. SMH.

My card was charged $1500. 00 for a $60.00 purchase. Got updates but no glasses ever appeared. Do not trust their site and would never recommend other than to avoid.

Much better then the run around in the local stores. Was able to find glasses I like without being in the store for half the day. The payment method was easy. I feel there will not be a problem with my order. The price is so much better online.

Easy. I just took a picture of myself and was able to see what the frames looked like on my face. Some of the stuff is a bit overpriced but you can get a good deal in the clearance section. Now I just wait and see how they fit when they come in the mail!

I ordered a pair of glasses that failed miserably in every aspect. I ordered progressives and was disappointed by every aspect of these. To begin with, they sit too far up on my nose. When I try to read with them or watch TV, everything is still blurry because they did a terrible job of programming the lenses. My 18 month old glasses from Lenscrafters on an old prescription are blurry, but better that these. The worst issue is that they fog up constantly, meaning I can't use them while driving. Tried to resolve with them and the customer service is obviously run by the Trump organization... deny, deny, deny. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
