Would not allow return of frame-only purchase regardless of the fact that they were new, unused, and neverworn condition. Bounced me around between customer service and returns 4 or 5 times just to return to the 'outside 14 day' return policy. Rigid policies - not customer centric.

I ordered glasses and It took them 2 weeks to even process my order and i had to call three times to find out why. Then another 2 weeks to send it out with little to no information on the status.

Ordered a pair of glasses a couple of months ago. Got the glasses but I was dissatisfied. So I sent them in for an exchange. Got the new pair but they just weren't for me. So I initiated a return for a refund. They sent me an email saying I would have to wait 2 days to hear from their returns department, but on that email was the order number from my first pair of glasses, not the second. Took me a day to figure that out. Last Tuesday, I entered the proper order number onto their website and didn't get the return label, the website message read that someone was going to get in touch within two days. That was four days ago. I just got off the phone with a customer representative who said that no one can speak to me from the returns department. So she sends me another email that says that someone was going to get in touch with me within, you guessed it, two days.
So I am still waiting to hear back from their return department.

Don't send me to the bottom of the page every time I change one box in the 'fill in your prescription area'. I have five goddamn boxes to fill out, I'll place my order once they're the glasses that'll let me see.
As stated above, once I reached someone, it was fine. My first 3 calls were dropped. You need a new phone system.
And, your LIVE CHAT is horrible, stopped chatting midway.
I'm very pleased with my first ever purchase online for prescription eyeglasses, from Glasses USA. The frames are excellent quality. The prescription came out perfectly, and the frames fit very well. I will definitely use the site again.
I wanted to love my glasses so much but the left temple/sidearm piece was twisted prior to its attachment to the main frame; essentially already defective. It was such an obvious error that I'm disappointed your Quality Check Technician didn't catch it. Sadly, I'll be returning my glasses.

When I wash my glasses the spray solution I use does not act the same on both lens. The right lens beads up the solution and the left lens seems to disburse equally over the lens. I am wondering if the coating on one of the lens is different than the other.
Great prices, would have cost me double at a nearby eye place. Really hope the quality of the glasses itself hold up but other than that i am very excited to try out these glasses

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
